Erick Rojas-Derojas, 29, is currently in custody after admitting to having sex with a 13-year-old girl at least 10 times since late spring or early summer of 2018. The 13-year-old girl presented to a Nashville hospital on Wednesday, 33-weeks pregnant.
The age difference between Rojas-Derojas and the victim is 15 years, 10 months, and 20 days.
