Witness beaten after MNPD reveals her location. “Regrettable misunderstanding”, says Nashville Police.

31-year-old Allen Shull is charged with felony aggravated assault after he, along with others, severely beat a witness who called police to report them fighting in the parking lot of an apartment complex. The witness requested that her identity not be revealed, however, Nashville Police officers walked from the suspects’ apartment to her apartment, leading the assailants directly to her front door. Police say it was a “regrettable misunderstanding”.

Musician Chris Hill threatened to punch Nashville cop in the face after DUI arrest

Christopher Hill and Marissa Sardar, both 34-years-old, were charged with DUI (and DUI: vehicle owner) after he turned his DJ friend’s Audi the wrong way onto a one-way street. 28-year-old Darian Morris faces a variety of charges, including vandalism and domestic assault, after police say her boyfriend, Ryan Noble, 33, called to report his girlfriend was chasing him around a parking lot and had scratched his face. She later lunged at an officer with her mouth open, attempting to bite him.

Teens exchanged messages before the murder of EJ Utley, jealousy possible motive

EXCLUSIVE – Scoop: Nashville has obtained messages exchanged between 15-year-old murder victim EJ Utley and his accused teen killers Wilton Alexander & Trameisha Farris. It appears Trameisha met with EJ under the pretense of having sex, and her boyfriend (and EJ’s cousin) Wilton is alleged to have then killed him on his own porch when she visited. The messages are unclear if the pair pre-mediated the event together as a setup, or if Wilton gained access to the private messages and sought out the location where they were meeting.

Rapper ‘Chief True’ (Callen Williams) was “weeping” in back of cop car before threatening to kill officers

Nashville police say they found local rapper Callen Williams (Chief True) high on Xanax and pointing a ‘short barrel AR-15 style pistol’ at them Tuesday morning after he fired the weapon out his door, believing someone was there. Police note that on the ride to jail, the 20-year-old transitioned from ‘weeping’ in the back of the patrol car to threatening to ‘put a hit out’ on the officers after he made bond. He remains jailed on a $77,000 bond.

Nashville Police charge cuffed man with vandalism after he urinates in back of patrol car

Metro Nashville Police have charged Joseph ‘Joey’ Windler, the 29-year-old owner of Rukus Cycling Nashville, with vandalism after they cuffed him in the rear of a patrol car during a DUI arrest, and they say he urinated on the seat, traffic cones, and plexiglass divider of the cage. The officer notes it’s not his normal job duty to clean urine and it takes away from his duty as a Patrol Sergeant, thereby costing the city money, and constituting vandalism as there is a monetary loss.

Tourist charged after grabbing police officer’s ass in downtown Nashville on his birthday

46-year-old Curtis Saxbury, a business owner from Missouri visiting Nashville for his birthday was arrested over the weekend after police say he told his wife he was about to grab the ass of a Metro Nashville Police Officer conducting mask enforcement and then did just that. The officer reports the contact was ‘very intentional’ as he got a grip on her right buttock.
