Ohio tourist jailed after assaulting her sister during Nashville visit — Christina Scipio arrested

A family scuffle between sisters from Ohio landed 29-year-old Christina Michelle Scipio in the Metro Nashville Jail late Friday night. The family was staying in downtown Nashville when their father says he observed a fight break out between them, leaving Hannah Scipio with scratches and bruises to her face and leg. She was able to get a few hits back on Christina, including a bruise to the right corner of her mouth, but police determined Christina to be the primary aggressor and took her into custody. She is free on a $1,000 bond.

Man charged with assaulting his wife & another woman — Austin Lee McClanahan arrested

27-year-old Austin Lee McClanahan is charged with the assault of two women over the weekend, one of them being his wife, Genesis Hernandez, the other being Gabrielle Scoggins. Court records show McClanahan “got drunk” and become agitated, punching and kicking both victims. He is free on a $3,500 bond.

21-year-old Seth Cann is charged with DUI after leaving a Halloween party and crashing his car. When asked for his insurance, he provided a Valvoline service card. Cann admitted to having two Truly drinks, and 3-4 tequila shots before driving. After urinating on himself in the breathalyzer room at booking, he is free on pre-trial release.

33-year-old hotel front desk clerk George Theoharide used a ruse to get a guest who was celebrating her 18th birthday alone in a room on the 3rd floor of the GLO Best Western Hotel in Nashville. 21-year-old tourist Logan Cibak spent the weekend in Nashville with his friends from Pennsylvania. While at Kid Rock’s Bar, security noticed he had a M&P Shield 9 mm in a belt holster while drinking beer, and detained him until police arrived. Pennsylvania law does not prohibit an individual from carrying a firearm in a bar, nor is it illegal to drink alcohol while lawfully carrying a firearm. Man charged with child abuse & assault; rips child away & knocks father unconscious, per report — David LaRue

Just hours after Dylan Sanford was given custody of his child, the child’s mother and her brother, 36-year-old David Larue, brutally attacked Sanford and stole the child, ripping it from the arms of the father, causing the child to become injured when it fell to the ground. Court records allege LaRue then beat Sanford unconscious and choke him from behind. David LaRue was charged with felony aggravated assault – strangulation and felony child abuse. Man arrested twice in 2 days; argues with roommate via social media, attacks with broom — Patrick Conquest

26-year-old Patrick Conquest was arrested twice within two days this month. On October 9th he began arguing with his roommate, from separate rooms within the same house, over social media, transitioning over several platforms during the argument, with both text and audio messages, including “we can scrap!” He escalated to using racial slurs against his roommate, Vincent Mendoza, then entered his bedroom and struck him with a broom, and knocked down the TV.

Conquest went to jail, and posted a $3500 bond, only to be arrested again 12-hours later when police responded to another disturbance at the home and found Conquest was violating both the conditions of his bond, and an order of protection, which was granted. He then posted $2500 more in bail and was released.

18-year-old Tyrone Anthony Johnson Jr posted a $5,000 cash bond just 3 hours after his arrest at Hunters Lane High School in Goodlettsville for robbery earlier this month. Johnson is identified as one of four males that came into the restroom and demanded money from a male high school senior using the restroom. 28-year-old Lindsay Stooksbury remains jailed in lieu of a $25,000 bond after refusing to return a Nashville woman’s vehicle, which she had initially borrowed using the peer-to-peer car-sharing service, Turo. She blocked the owner’s phone and disabled the vehicle’s GPS, but the vehicle was eventually located in Florida.

Connor House charged in aggravated assault of two Rebar Midtown bouncers using beer bottle

27-year-old Connor House is free on a $30,000 bond, charged with the felony aggravated assault with a deadly weapon of two bouncers at Rebar Midtown. Shane Jenkins and Noah Cahours say House threw and shattered a beer bottle, causing them both to sustain visible injuries. They detained him after a brief chase, until police arrived.

At the time of this arrest, Connor House was free on a $15,000 bond from A Around the Clock Bonding after causing $17,000 of damage to his parent’s home when they locked him out. At the time of that arrest, he was also free on another $17,000 bond with the same company, after two domestic assaults on his girlfriend.

39-year-old Ynisha Williams is free on a $5,000 bond after she locked her husband, Medicus Smith, out of the marital home then later located him at the home of Brittney Sumrall, where she left a note on his vehicle in the driveway and waited. Once he came outside to read the note she ran up to him and punched and stabbed him in the eye socket with her keys, causing him to be transported to the hospital. Man admits to taking silver bars from safe of elderly man he was caring for — Floyd Cowan III #MtZion

64-year-old Floyd Cowan III is free on a $20,000 bond after admitting to police he took silver bars and coins from the safe of an elderly man he was caring for. The victim’s son caught him in the act of removing more items from the safe after the initial theft. Cowan was able to get into the safe by ‘resetting’ the locking code to factory settings with assistance from a local hardware store. He told a pawn shop, which gave him $5,600 for the $7,000 worth of silver items, that his grandfather gave him the silver bars and coins. Cowan is an in-home worker for the elderly, and well-beloved at the Mt. Zion church in Nashville, where his wife, Princess Cowan, is an Elder.

62-year-old Christopher Malone asked one of his regular sexual partners to participate in a threesome when she came over for a regular session.
