Metro Police say 28-year-old Brianna Luster was once in a relationship with Orlexus Elliott. That ended, and now Orlexus is dating Brianna’s ex-husband, and that’s caused issues in Cashville. Court records show Brianna found Orlexus parked outside her house Sunday morning and beat her with a large stick, which police classified as a ‘deadly weapon’. Brianna was booked into jail Tuesday and is free on a $2,500 bond.

Man high and “in his own reality” charged with public intoxication in downtown Nashville — Adam Green
Police found 40-year-old Adam Green “laying on the ground rolling around and punching the air” while investigating a report of someone exposing themselves to people downtown. He explained he had been “practicing martial arts and fell over” onto the ground. When asked if he had been exposing himself, he explained that he wasn’t all there and did not mean to do so, adding that he was high on marijuana, and police note he “seemed to be in his own reality”. He was charged with public intoxication and transported to jail.
Fired man breaks batter valve, covering factory in batter, shutting it down — Andrez Harville #BatteredAndFired
Minutes after being fired from his job at Wonton Foods in January, 23-year-old Andrez Harville walked into the “batter room” of the factory where he broke the main valve, resulting in the entire factory area being covered in batter, forcing the production line to shut down for the day, he then fled the scene. Damage is estimated over $5,000. Harville was booked on the outstanding warrant Tuesday. He is free on pre-trial release, charged with felony vandalism. #BatteredAndFired
Parent charged after threatening to “shoot up” Wright Middle School in Nashville — Osama Awali
51-year-old Osama Awali is jailed in lieu of a $75,000 bond after threatening to “shoot up” Wright Middle School in Nashville. Upset that the school denied his request to transfer his daughter from the school, he called the MNPS customer service line on Monday and stated that he would show up Tuesday and “punch the principal”, Sharada Deaton, and continued that he “may as well shoot up the place”. He was taken into custody Tuesday as he arrived in the student drop-off lane. Awali is charged with Communicating a threat against a school employee, a misdemeanor.
DUI: Woman found pantless & passed out behind wheel of her car at Green Hills bar — Madeline Beck
#GreenHills: 24-year-old Maddie Beck was found pantsless and unconscious, locked inside her car with the keys in the ignition, in the parking lot of Joe’s Place bar at 2 a.m. Monday morning. Once awakened, she was reportedly belligerent to officers and medics, and only admitted to drinking a single beer before demanding her lawyer. Her bartender, Brianna Scott, told police she drank two beers and two shots. She is free on pre-trial release.
Man comes home to find hickey on girlfriend, takes $40, punches her in face, and flees, per report — Tevin Johnson
29-year-old Tevin Johnson’s girlfriend, Heather, says he left their shared apartment and didn’t return for nearly two weeks. When he did return home, she says he noticed the hickey that was on her neck and became angry. He reportedly punched her in the face 6-7 times and took $40 in cash before fleeing the location. Johnson is currently jailed in lieu of a $2,000 bond, charged with domestic assault and theft.
Mother has son arrested when he breaks into her home to eat a meal in her kitchen — Tyrell Stokes
Felicia Stokes called Metro Nashville Police after coming home from work to find her 32-year-old son, Tyrell Stokes, sitting in her kitchen eating a plate of food. She says her security camera captured him using a can opener to break into the back door of the apartment earlier in the day. Stokes says he only came inside because he had nowhere else to go. New MNPD Trainee, Officer Andre Williams, charged Stokes with aggravated criminal trespass and transported him to booking. He remains jailed in lieu of a $500 bond. This was his first arrest in Metro Nashville.
Chicago Street Racer avoids Nashville’s enforcement only to be arrested for being drunk downtown — Marcin Kruzel
22-year-old Marcin Kruzel, from Chicago where he has prior street-racing-related arrests, was taken into custody early Sunday morning after threatening security staff at ACME in downtown Nashville, and telling them he was going to “fight them all”. He appeared drunk and belligerent, and refused to obey basic commands from officers, and was ‘tensing up’ on them during the encounter. He was charged with disorderly conduct, public intoxication, and resisting arrest. He is free on pre-trial release.
Another football fan arrested for being too intoxicated at Titans’ game – Taylor Denney
MNPD Officer Megan Arnett made a second arrest of an intoxicated person at the Titans’ game Sunday… 31-year-old Taylor Denney was reportedly causing a scene inside the stadium, having trouble standing on his own, and refused to leave on his own, so she took him into custody and charged him with #PublicIntoxication. Denney was also flagged to serve the full eight-hour hold before being released.

27-year-old Justin Oakley was charged with #DUI Sunday after crashing his vehicle in the parking lot of Nissan Stadium after the game. He admitted to consuming “4 shots of Bacardi” from a bottle found in the vehicle. He consented to a breathalyzer, on which he blew a 0.257 BAC, more than 3 times the legal limit in Tennessee. 21-year-old Missouri tourist Anthony ‘Tony’ Waldner was booked into the Metro Nashville jail this weekend, charged with the assault of his girlfriend, Kaelyn Rawie. The two were reportedly drinking during the evening, and once back at their hotel after a concert at Ascend Amphitheater Thursday night, and he slapped her in the face, causing an injury to her lip. Waldner is free on a $1,000 cash bond, charged with simple assault (not domestic assault, according to court records).
Nonprofit COO charged with sexual battery of employee; “rubbed her breasts on her” without consent — Stacey Murphy of TMHCA arrested
55-year-old Stacey Murphy, the COO of the Tennessee Mental Health Consumers’ Association (TMHCA), is accused of repeatedly “rubbing her breasts” on a female employee, touching her inappropriately, forcing her to go to the Dive Motel with her, and being constantly drunk while at the office. When the employee asked her to stop touching her inappropriately, she reportedly responded “What if I can’t?”. Murphy is free on a $6,500 bond.

52-year-old Jonathan Murphy is charged with domestic assault after police say he pushed a prostitute, who had been living with him for approximately one week, out of his residence when she declined to have a threesome with him and another prostitute. He reportedly tossed all of her clothes outside and pushed her to the ground “with purpose”, resulting in minor injuries.

Court records indicate he was a stranger to the victim. Multiple witnesses corroborated the assault and the admission. Sepulveda is free on a $10,000 bond, charged with felony sexual battery.

30-year-old Alex Wilhelm reportedly shoved his roommate, Mitch Hoger, who was “screaming in his face”. He then spun him to the ground and punched him to “make the fight stop” according to court documents. Hoger suffered bruises and cuts to his face, which were documented by police. Nashville Weedman shoots customer in face during argument over price/quality of product — Travar Yarber
27-year-old TravarYarber met Milan McDaniel at a Mapco in Madison to sell him some marijuana. When the two argued over the price for the quality and quantity presented, Yarber retrieved a gun to rob the man and shot him in the face, with the bullet lodging in his brain. The victim survived and is recovering well. A warrant was issued for Yarber’s arrest, and he was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail earlier this week. He is jailed in lieu of a $262,500 bond.

24-year-old Javonte Crisp, who only weeks ago graduated from APSU with his Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, is now free on a $15,000 bond, accused of repeatedly slamming his girlfriend’s head into the dashboard and steering wheel of a car after getting upset with her, and further expressing his anger by firing a handgun into the air.

22-year-old Jason Muralles-Ochoa was charged with public intoxication overnight at the Bar Billares Las Nenas in Antioch after he and a friend got into an altercation with security. Police stopped him from attempting to drive away, and when he became verbally aggressive with them, too, he was booked on the charge of public intoxication.
