Jayson Gorski too drunk for Whiskey Row in downtown Nashville

Metro Nashville Police working the Entertainment District Initiative late Sunday were dispatched to Whiskey Row just after midnight, where security for the venue had detained 29-year-old Jayson Gorski. Officers found Gorski cuffed by security, who stated he had been removed from the bar multiple times for causing disturbances and being disorderly with staff. He continued to sneak back into the building via the back door. Police say Gorski was extremely intoxicated and unable to care for himself, and was charged with public intoxication.

Metro Nashville Police Officer Jaren Breece responded to a fight call at Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row on Broadway in downtown Nashville to find 44-year-old Rhiannon Martinez ending her fight with another patron, and he advised her to leave the property. She cursed toward the other involved party and began to leave but turned back around and continued to instigate the fight further. She was extremely intoxicated and unable to care for herself, so she was arrested for public intoxication and disorderly conduct. As she was being placed into custody, 51-year-old Ralph Martinez began to interfere with her arrest and was advised to stop. As he continued to interfere after being given chances to walk away, he was also placed into custody and charged with disorderly conduct and public intoxication.

Anthony Mottola too drunk for downtown Nashville #arrested

Metro Nashville Police officers working the Entertainment District Initiative responded to Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row on Broadway to the report of a disorderly person. On arrival, officers observed 39-year-old Anthony Mottola causing a disturbance with security at the location. Earlier in the night, officers also had contact with Mottola and already advised him to leave the area to prevent future calls. He continued to be extremely intoxicated and was unsure about the location of his hotel. Mottola was transported to booking and charged with public intoxication.

Scott Valentine bounced from Whiskey Row, lands in jail after fighting to get back in

Just before 3 a.m. Saturday, Metro Nashville Police working the Entertainment District Initiative in downtown Nashville responded to Whiskey Row on Broadway to find 22-year-old Scott Valentine being disorderly. Management of the bar reported they had asked him to leave the business, and he refused, then security physically removed him after the began to fight with them, and he continued to attempt to re-enter the bar. Officer took him into custody and transported him to booking.

Realtor Hayley Thornton charged after throwing drink in face of bouncer at Whiskey Row

23-year-old Realtor Hayley Thornton and her boyfriend, Liam Chatham, were in an altercation at Whiskey Row earlier this month, and while Chatham was taken into custody as one of his charges was a felony, Thornton was issued a state citation charging her with assault, on which she self-booked this week. The citation alleges that Thornton was attempting to get into the bar via a side door that wasn’t for public access, and when she was denied entry, she reportedly threw her drink in the face of a security guard. She was booked on the citation and was given a court date to appear in September.

William Pearce charged with DUI in downtown Nashville parking garage

Metro Nashville Police say 21-year-old William Pearce was so drunk they had to stop field sobriety tests for fear he would fall over and injure himself in the parking lot of the AT&T building in downtown Nashville where they encountered him. Security contacted police after hearing a crash and observing Pearce backing up from a vehicle he had struck in the garage. A police report details Pearce was sweating profusely with slurred speech and other signs of intoxication. He was taken into custody and charged with DUI, driving without a license, and violation of the implied consent law.

Aspiring social media influencer identical twins Jacob Christopher Baez & Jared Christian Baez were arrested Sunday morning after being unable to pay the $17,874.74 tab they ran up at Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row for their 24th birthday celebration. The pair each posted a $5,000 bond Sunday afternoon. Reached via phone, the twins stated they hoped they’d be verified on Instagram and get a lot of news coverage, and they would be “legends” for this weekend.

Man who strangled girlfriend twice in Whiskey Row is beaten by stranger until police arrive.

24-year-old Jalen Matthews is charged with the aggravated assault and strangulation of his girlfriend while in Whiskey Row in downtown Nashville. Police say an “anonymous male” who stated he was ‘intervening on the female’s behalf’ and Matthews were in a fight when they arrived. The other male was neither named nor prosecuted.
