ANTIOCH: Man stabs wife, then himself, before advancing on police

In yet another extreme case of domestic violence this week, Maria Flor Salvador, 41, was stabbed this morning at her Wildgrove Drive residence. She is in critical condition at VUMC. Detectives have been unable to interview her due to the severity of her injuries. Her husband, Eric Lopez, 53, is believed to be responsible and is also hospitalized as a result of self-inflicted stab wounds to his abdomen.
