Resident chases group home manager with samurai sword in argument over medication — Rogello Trevino

47-year-old Rogelio Trevino is charged with vandalism and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon after police say he chased a group home manager out of the residence and around a vehicle several times while threatening him with a samurai sword. The chase ended when Trevino tired out of the chase.

The victim, Jeffery Starnes, told police the argument started after Trevino was not taking his medication properly and he confronted him about the issue. A door to the group home was damaged during the chase.

Man charged in kidnapping & assault of ex-boyfriend after finding him with another man — Darren Thompson

Trent Marsh says he was asleep inside his Donelson apartment, with Trevante Rogers, when his ex-boyfriend, 28-year-old Darren Thompson suddenly appeared inside the bedroom at 1 a.m. on December 21st. Darrent was reportedly yelling and screaming and refused to leave the home, which he never lived at previously. Trent attempted to leave the location to prevent further conflict, however, when he entered his bathroom/walk-in closet area he was followed by Darren, and prevented him from leaving the room. The two grappled and eventually Trent was able to escape with Trevante.

They returned an hour later to find the apartment was ransacked with damage to all the screens and electronics in the home and an iPad that was now missing. It was pinged to Darren’s home, and home security cameras captured the entire incident. Darren Thompson is charged with aggravated burglary, domestic assault, kidnapping, theft, and vandalism. A commissioner set a $61,000 bond, then he was freed on the pre-trial release program by the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office.

Daughter who threatened mother and fled from police is arrested in North Nashville — Martha Jenkins

22-year-old Martha Jenkins was booked into the Metro Nashville jail after police say she assaulted her mother after her mother confronted her about bringing “strange people into her home, eating all the food, and being disrespectful”.

The daughter reportedly told her mother she’d “kick her ass” if she called the police. Police responded at which point Jenkins escaped past them and fled in a vehicle and refused to exit her vehicle after a traffic stop was made on her. Supervisors eventually coaxed her from the vehicle. She is charged with domestic assault, vandalism, and evading arrest in a motor vehicle. She is free on a $3,500 bond.

Intoxicated man jumps into stranger’s car downtown, gets tased twice — Baldemar Rivera

21-year-old Baldemar Rivera faces multiple charges after a wild scene in downtown Nashville late Friday night. Police initially responded to what they believed to be an attempted carjacking. The victims stated a young male jumped into the passenger side of her vehicle. Believing she was about to be carjacked, she fled the vehicle and took the keys with her. A male from the vehicle then tased the young man, identified as Rivera, to extract him from the vehicle. Rivera then came back toward the male in an aggressive manner and was tased a second time, causing him to flee the scene. He was spotted nearby and taken into custody. During the incident, a 3rd victim came forward stating Rivera had kicked a dent in his vehicle. Rivera was charged with public intoxication, vandalism, and assault. He is free on a $5,000 bond.

Woman carves “DIE B-*-H” into ex’s car, assault him with hammer, punches female at door — Aleena N McCrary

18-year-old Aleena McCrary was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail Thursday after she appeared at the home of her ex-boyfriend, and carved the words “DIE B**CH” into the passenger side of his car. As her ex-boyfriend, Kendrick Alexander, came outside and began to argue with her she grabbed a hammer and chased him around the vehicle, and smashed out a window. She also demanded the female who was at the residence, Latoya Moore, to come outside and fight her, and punched her at the door. McCrary is charged with felony vandalism, assault, and felony aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. She is free on a $12,500 bond.

Woman goes crazy when man attempts to end relationship: gun, taser, baseball bat, stalking — Mary Louise Williams

22-year-old Mary Louise Williams reportedly went and got her boyfriend’s handgun and threatened to shoot him with it when he told her he wanted to end the relationship on December 12th. After a struggle over the gun, her boyfriend, DayLaquan Kelly, was able to take it from Mary and place it in his pocket. Mary then produced a taser and used it on the victim several times all across his body, resulting in swelling and marks.

That same day at 11 a.m., the victim was sitting in his living room when Mary’s voice suddenly began to broadcast from his home security camera, saying she could see him and knew he had company over there. He immediately unplugged the power to the camera. 90 minutes later, the victim went outside to walk his two dogs and found Mary carrying a baseball bat while walking away from his car, which now had three broken windows, a broken tail light, and 4 flat tires that had been clearly stabbed with a knife, according to officers.

She then attempted to beat him with the metal baseball bat as he confronted her. Mary Louise Williams is charged with stalking, two counts of felony aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, and felony vandalism. She is jailed in lieu of a $27,500 bond.

23-year-old Noah Wallis was found pantsless and shoeless in a downtown Nashville parking lot in the middle of the afternoon on Saturday. Metro Nashville Police report he was sitting between two vehicles, one of which he had vomited on and caused a large dent in the side of, all while officers noted he “didn’t seem to notice he was missing his shoes and pants”, which were later found thrown in nearby bushes. Woman ‘steps through the windshield’ of another woman’s car #destroyed — April Shante Cantrell

25-year-old April Shante Cantrell was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail Wednesday on an outstanding felony vandalism warrant from September. An arrest warrant shows she went to the Overlook Ridge Apartments with her sister, Lete Cantrell, along with four other individuals, and beat on the door of Jameshia Jones, who was inside her apartment. Video footage then reportedly shows April walking on top of Jameshia’s 2013 Hyundai Sonata and stepping through the front windshield, destroying it, and ripping off the license plate before fleeing with the others. A repair estimate of $5,006.44 was provided to detectives and a warrant was issued for her arrest. She is free on a $10,000 bond.

39-year-old Jeremy Jones’s female roommate told him it was time for him to leave her property, as he had been there for three months and things weren’t working out. When she informed him, he began to throw things around the house and slammed doors, causing damage to locks. He was caught in 4K telling her “You think this is bad, wait and see… You need to love your husband as long as you can… you will find out what the Crips will do!” in a video reviewed by police. Woman rams gate of Antioch Apartments when she feels threatened by security, she’s arrested — Emi Amador Canales

19-year-old Emi Amador Canales arrived at her gated apartment community, The Club Apartments in Antioch, at 4 a.m. but was unable to get the gate to open. She began honking her horn, alerting AEGIS Security Officer Jonathan Rickaway who began shining a light in her car, and causing the situation to quickly escalate as words were exchanged and she smacked the flashlight from his hand, hitting him in the arm. Taking offense to her reaction, Rickaway took it upon himself to reach into her vehicle and attempt to put her vehicle in park.

In reaction to a man reaching inside her vehicle, she began fighting Rickaway and eventually rammed the gates with her vehicle in an attempt to flee away from this security guard. Rickaway got one cuff on her arm during the struggle, however, she escaped to the backseat and grabbed her loaded handgun. Police eventually arrived and charged Canales with assault and vandalism. Rickaway faced no charges. Canales is free on pre-trial release.

Downtown Nashville Nissan called Reggie Pitts on November 17th to tell him a female in a Chevy Malibu had just pulled up and was “destroying” his vehicle at their service center.
