Lakeisha Brown charged with vandalizing the same vehicle twice in two months.

30-year-old Lakeisha Brown was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail this week on outstanding warrants from the fall of 2021, charging her with two counts of felony vandalism. Police say that in September, Brown approached Velma Crawford’s 2005 Chevy Avalanche and intentionally scratched the side of the truck, causing damages of $1,673. On Halloween of 2021, Brown was inside her Avalanche when Brown once again approached her residence holding a dog cage from a nearby trash container and tossed it into the tailgate of the truck while screaming, “B-*-h, I will fuck your ass up!” causing $1,324 in damages.

Craig Toney causes $20K of damages to Opryland hotel during assault of girlfriend and stepfather

26-year-old Robert “Craig” Toney was jailed this weekend on multiple charges of domestic assault and vandalism after a night at the Opryland Hotel left the rural Georgia family in a bloody brawl. Craig initially was in a verbal argument with his girlfriend, Kelsea Lafferty Toney, and he grabbed her by the throat, strangling her, knocking her to the bed, and then to the floor, assaulting her the entire time. Craig’s stepfather, Ray Adkins, attempted to intervene, and Craig punched him in the mouth, causing visible injuries. Damages to the hotel room, the exterior hallway, the blood-soaked carpets, walls, beds, hallway, and wallpaper, are estimated to be up to $20,000.

Julia Krogh pulls gun on her boyfriend & assaults him when she discovers he’s cheating on her

Brian Reed told Metro Nashville Police that his girlfriend, 20-year-old Julia Krogh, sent him a text message to come home and move out when she found out he was cheating on her. He arrived at the Antioch residence and found her armed with his gun. An altercation ensued, the two wrestled, and he eventually took control of the gun, but not before she punched him in the face and shattered the screen of his phone. During questioning, Krogh told police she “got violent” and admitted to punching him and throwing his phone because she knew he was recording.

Seth Pedigo carves an ‘X’ into slimy Realtor Stephen Delahoussaye’s Tesla to ‘mark his spot’ – we’re not even mad at him

33-year-old Seth Pedigo is charged with felony vandalism after police say he used a rock to clearly etch an “X” into the door of a 2021 white Tesla Model 3. The car is owned by one of Nashville’s worst realtors, Stephen Delahoussaye of House Haven Realty. He says he confronted the man and asked him why he vandalized his car, and Pedigo reportedly replied, “I was trying to mark where I was”… as in ‘x’ marks the spot. Delahoussaye provided a video of the crime to police, and Pedigo was taken into custody as he was still on the property.

Darisha Heard breaks out windows, her mother sits on her until police arrive to restrain her

Metro Nashville Police arrived at the home of Isha Ford to find her 34-year-old Darisha Heard outside and very intoxicated. The two had been in an argument, according to the mother, after Darisha’s young son told Isha that Darisha had been driving while drunk. The child was sent upstairs, and the mother and daughter reportedly began to brawl. Darisha is accused of smashing out a living room window and attempting to smash through a second window until she was stopped by her mother. Darisha punched her mother in the face during this tussle, and her mother then had to physically sit on her daughter until officers arrived, at which time she went outside the home. The mother suffered a bruised and blackened eye and glass shards embedded in her body.

Elijah Leavens charged after “fit of rage” leaves bathroom door vandalized

Matthew Stephens says one of his roommates, 32-year-old Elijah Leavens, came “storming out of his room in a fit of rage” on June 20th as Matthew was confronting another roommate about finding moldy food in the kitchen as he returned from an out-of-town trip. Elijah was reportedly not involved in the conversation yet began an argument. He then punched a hole in the shared bathroom door. A warrant for vandalism was issued for his arrest, which he was booked on this week.

Sarah Bodkins charged with destroying boyfriend’s clothes, shoes, game controller

Johnny Moore says his girlfriend, 23-year-old Sarah Bodkins, destroyed several of his possessions, including his clothing, shoes, a video game controller, and game discs. The damage was estimated to be $900. This happened during an argument on April 17th, and he sought out the warrant, which was issued for vandalism, on July 18th. She was booked on the charge on July 26th.

Cole Steele charged after smashing cinderblock into car, passing out inside as he burglarizes it

Multiple witnesses observed 23-year-old Cole Steele looking into car windows and rummaging through vehicles in the 700 block of 18th Ave S. around 1 a.m. Saturday, where he eventually smashed a cinderblock into a grey Nissan Versa belonging to Zamira Vasquez multiple times, destroying the driver’s side window. He began to rummage through the vehicle and then passed out inside. As medics arrived, he fled the area. Just after 2 a.m., officers received more calls about him in the 800 block of the same street, and he was taken into custody. Steele told officers he only broke into his own vehicle after someone vandalized it, and had no idea about anything else.

Dustin Brown too drunk for Nudie’s Honky Tonk; resists arrest & damages a taser in downtown Nashville

34-year-old Dustin Brown was kicked out of Nudie’s Honkey Tonk on Friday but soon returned to the venue and sat in the open window of the location, where he continued to cause issues with staff. He refused to leave a second time and was physically removed from the property and taken to the ground by security, where he received some facial abrasions, which were treated by medics. Police took him into custody for public intoxication and criminal trespass. While attempting to place him into custody and conduct a search, Brown repeatedly pulled away from officers and refused to get into the transport car. While one officer was holding his feed to place him into the car, Brown kicked his taser and broke the battery portion of the device.

Brighthouse resident Erica Brunner charged in assault of treatment center staff

34-year-old Erica Brunner, a resident of the Brightquest Residential Treatment Facility in Nashville, was being driven to a doctor’s appointment by a staff member when a “miscommunication” occurred, and Brunner refused to get out of the van when they arrived at the location. They returned back to the Brightquest residential facility, where Brunner reportedly attacked a staff member, Hannah Rose, by grabbing her hair, throwing her to the ground, and assaulting her. Rose says Brunner then picked up two coffee mugs and threw them at her and another staff member.

Johnny Hurst charged after threatening to toss girlfriend off bridge, destroying her phone

Jaclyn LaGrow says her boyfriend of five months, 50-year-old Johnny Hurst, stopped his vehicle on the bridge of Old Hickory Blvd over I-65 as they were having an argument and kicked her out of the vehicle, physically pushing her out while yelling and screaming, leaving her stranded on the side of the road. About twenty minutes later, he returned to the location, and she began to gather her things from his vehicle. She says he became aggressive once again and grabbed her by the neck and pushed her to the edge of the bridge while screaming he would throw her off the bridge. He then snatched her phone and destroyed it. After he fled a second time, a concerned citizen transported her to a safe place to contact the police.

Roderic Gaines Jr pulls handgun from case of orange soda at Hermitage swimming pool in robbery attempt

Metro Nashville Police say 24-year-old Roderic Gaines Jr was at a swimming pool at the Park at Hermitage apartments July 11th when someone accidentally bumped into him. He reportedly got into a verbal argument with that person and their friend, identified as Shemica Sales. The argument continued as Sales gathered her belongings to leave the pool area, at which time Gaines followed Sales to the parking lot where she was loading her things into a vehicle. Gaines then pulled a handgun from a 12-pack box of orange soda, pointed it at her, and stated: “give me everything you got!” placing her in fear. She got into the vehicle and fled the parking lot as he fired a shot into the air.

Brandon Ashley Dickerson says his girlfriend, 28-year-old Courtney Garrett, threatened to kill him as she struck him in the head at a Wallace Road Motel on June 28th. He says the two were in a verbal argument over “rumors” she had heard about him, which quickly escalated as she began punching him in the face. She then threw his phone, shattering the screen. A warrant was issued for her arrest when police arrived, and she was booked into custody Thursday.

Nelanie Tardy charged with keying the car of her child’s father in dispute over Nashville heat advisory

34-year-old Nelanie Tardy came to the residence of her child’s father on June 15th at 8 p.m. to take the child to a softball game. The father, Stephen Scarborough, told Nelanie via phone that the child wouldn’t be going due to the heat advisory that was in effect for the city. Nelanie reportedly became upset and pounded on the residence’s front door, and she was given notice to leave the property, or the police would be called. She left, but not before she scratched his vehicle with the keys that were in her hand, causing approximately $300 in damage. A warrant for her arrest was issued, charging her with vandalism. She was booked on that outstanding warrant on Thursday afternoon.

Police say 18-year-old Kaydence Armstrong entered the Easy Pawn store on Nolensville Pike wearing “provocative clothing” and inquired about pawning a cooler, catching the attention of two employees, Fabiola Perez and Orboll Mendez. The employees told her she was dressed too provocatively and would have to return when dressed more appropriately. She went to her vehicle, retrieved a gun, and fired two shots at each employee through the front windows and doors of the store.

Miracle Gober smashes car windows & punches friend in face with her blood-covered fists

21-year-old Miracle Gober was jailed this week on an outstanding warrant from last month, charging her with felony vandalism. Police say that on June 8th, Miracle was hanging out with her friend Jaylon Waters when they decided to visit his friend Marise Stewart, who Gober had never met. As they were all drinking heavily at Stewart’s apartment, Gober and Stewart got into an argument, and Gober was asked to leave her apartment, which she did. A short time later, Gober returned and knocked on the door, to retrieve her cell phone from Waters’ car to call an Uber. As he accompanied her to his car, Gober retrieved her items and then punched out his back window, shattering it with her bare hands, she beat multiple large cracks into the front windshield, and then punched him in the face with her blood-covered fists. Stewart had come outside to see what was taking so long and witnessed some of the assault.

Ruth Beltran charged with ripping up her husband’s passport during an argument

Police responded to Rothwood Ave after Marcos Martinez contacted police to report his wife, 33-year-old Ruth Beltran, took his passport from their vehicle and ripped it up before tossing the remaining pieces into a dumpster. Marcos says the two were in an argument about her cheating on him. She had fled the scene before offices arrived and a warrant for her arrest was issued, charging her with vandalism. She was booked on the charge the following day.

43-year-old Safa Homayoon admits damaging his father’s computer by throwing it at his car, but says he only did so because his father hit his dog. Police responded to the Beechwood Ave call on July 9th when Seth Homayoon reported that his son, Safa Homayoon, was agitated about a situation and had taken his computer, but wasn’t sure what he did with it. As they visited the carport of the home, they observed the car’s damaged windshield glass and a damaged computer beside it.

Asyia Lewis & Kameisha Patterson both charged in lover’s brawl

18-year-old Asyia Lewis & 21-year-old Kameisha Patterson were jailed this week after Goodlettsville Police responded to a ‘disorderly subject’ call on Green Circle on July 7th to find a large group of people inside a home yelling at Kameisha Patterson to leave the property. While officers were at the home, they observed Patterson’s girlfriend, Asyia Lewis, slap her in the face — she says she just found out that Patterson had cheated on her. They also observed Patterson slamming an iPhone onto the ground and throwing a trophy across the room. Patterson was restrained and taken out of the apartment, but pulled away and attempted to flee as she was being cuffed. Patterson is also accused of striking Asyia’s mother, Lumeka, in the face. During the investigation, Patterson claimed she needed to use the restroom and when a female officer was escorting her to the restroom she sprinted away from custody for a short period of time before being captured again.

Brooklyn Campbell attempts to run over & shoots at her boyfriend during breakup

20-year-old Brooklyn Campbell was amid a breakup with her boyfriend, Carl (CJ) Hollingsworth, in May when they began to fight over a cell phone. Police say Brooklyn attempted to run over her ex-lover with her 2020 Altima while threatening to shoot up the area, however, he escaped by running in between two parked vehicles. She continued to plow into one of the parked vehicles, undeterred by his attempt to run away. She then pulled a handgun and fired it out the driver’s side window with several people in the immediate vicinity as she fled the area. Warrants were issued for her arrest, and she was jailed on them this week.

30-year-old Jennifer Wall is charged with vandalism after police responded to the Wales Ct. home she and a roommate share. The roommate, Luigi Bellavita, contacted police when he returned home from the store to find the security camera from the living room had been removed and destroyed, with part of the outer shell casing located in the backyard. Officers asked Wall what happened to the camera, and she stated she felt the camera was an invasion of her privacy so she removed it and smashed it with an axe. She proceeded to drive into his 2006 Mercury vehicle, striking the passenger side. She then exited her car, walked to the front of his Mercury, grabbed the center grill, and ripped it from his vehicle. A warrant for vandalism was issued for her arrest. She was booked on the outstanding warrant this week.

29-year-old Jamesha Grady is charged with vandalism after she threw a bottle of hot sauce at her former lover’s truck on June 2nd. The former “intimate partners” had been in a verbal argument after which Carlos Harp decided to leave the situation and attempted to drive away. Grady, who was standing on the balcony of the residence, gave her best baseball toss of a hot sauce bottle onto the windshield, cracking the glass and covering it with red-hot sauce, according to police.
