Tourist Todd Miller pooped in hotel elevator, scooted dirty butt across floor like a dog

Metro Nashville Police responded to the Hyatt Centric Downtown Nashville Hotel at 2 p.m. Monday, where 37-year-old tourist Todd Miller was due to check out as his stay had ended. Instead, he was reportedly extremely intoxicated and had just defecated in an elevator and was wandering the floors of the hotel while refusing to leave, including “scooting his poop-covered butt cheeks across the floor like a dog,” according to a witness account of the incident. As officers arrived, the staff pointed to a black Dodge Ram, which he had just gotten into and started the ignition, and that’s where police found the feces-covered man. Miller stated he had just finished a box of wine and asked for a lawyer. He was charged with DUI and transported to booking.

VIDEO: Tourist David Robbins charged in assault at Robert’s Western World

40-year-old David Allen Robbins has been identified as the man who became aggressive and argumentative at Robert’s Western World in September. The venue posted a video of the assault on social media. The video shows Robbins assaulting Sean Preece in the face using his elbow. Robbins traveled from North Carolina to Nashville this weekend and was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on the outstanding warrant charging him with felony aggravated assault.

Tourist Justin Martin drunk and disorderly in Nashville for New Year’s Eve

Metro Nashville Police responded to a call on Georgia Court in the early hours of Sunday morning to find 36-year-old Justin Martin extremely intoxicated and having trouble standing. Martin told police he was from out of town and was visiting friends but wasn’t sure where they were all staying or how to get in touch with them. Unable to provide any information to get him to a safe place, Martin was taken into custody and charged with public intoxication.

Tourist Anthony Bauer threatens to “R-Kelly” someone in jail until they have a ‘happy ending’

19-year-old tourist Anthony Harold Bauer was asked to leave the Loews Vanderbilt Hotel late Sunday night as they determined he was not a guest at the hotel but was relaxing on a couch in the lobby, but he refused to move from the couch. He was visibly intoxicated, and despite multiple requests from officers, he refused to leave the hotel. As he was being placed under arrest for trespassing and public intoxication, he tensed up and resisted arrest. Once at the patrol car, Bauer attempted to head-butt officer Reynolds and was escorted to the side of the vehicle, and he spat on officers twice during a struggle to get him seated inside. Once at booking, Bauer exclaimed, “I’m going to p** in someone’s mouth, and they’re going to org*sm.”

Benjamin Clark strikes Police Lieutenant in back, cited for disorderly conduct

21-year-old Benjamin Clark of McMinnville is charged with disorderly conduct after he struck Metro Nashville Polie Lieutenant John Batty on the back and quickly walked away just before 1 a.m. near 4th & Broadway in downtown Nashville. As officers detained him, he continued to be disorderly in public and stated he had “four drinks” so far in the evening. Despite him continuing to be irate and ignore commands, Clark was issued a state citation for disorderly conduct and sent on his way. He was booked on that citation this week.

Lindsey Jett charged in drunken assault of her mother in Nashville Motel

Amy Jett told police that her 19-year-old daughter, Lindsey Jett, “does this when she gets drunk” when describing how Lindsey attacked her mother, biting her wrist and her rib cage, and then strangling her with both hands. When police arrived at the Super 8 Motel on Royal Parkway, Amy explained the two had been taking shots together at another location earlier, and once back at the hotel room, an argument escalated. Officers documented bite marks and other injuries on the mother, along with ripped clothing. Lindsey had initially fled the scene before officers arrived but was taken into custody a short time later.

Tourist Devon Feager threatens to beat MNPD officers & “break them in half”

Metro Nashville Police responded to 416 Broadway for a fight involving another person. After that person was arrested for public intoxication, 35-year-old Top Flite Financial Sr. Sales Manager Devon Feager began to be verbally abusive to officers at the scene. When asked to calm down and move along, he made specific threats against officers. Officers gave him one last warning and chance to walk away, however, Devon Feager then told officers he was going to “beat them and break them in half”. As he was being arrested on multiple charges, he used all of his body weight to pull away and had to be taken to the ground to be taken into custody.

Michael Hoskins charged with carrying handgun in downtown Nashville bar while intoxicated

Downtown officers were alerted to a man drinking at Jason Aldean’s Bar on Broadway who was in possession of a handgun inside the bar. Police arrived and located 21-year-old Michael Hoskins, from Leitchfield, KY, who admitted he was both drinking and carrying his firearm. He was described as smelling of alcohol, and with slurred speech while being unsteady on his feet. Hoskins was taken into custody and transported to booking.

Amanda Parker charged with assault of fiance Reid Westerhoff during trip to Nashville

Metro Nashville Police were dispatched to a West Nashville Best Western just before 6 a.m. Saturday after calls came in about a woman screaming. Officers spoke with Amanda Parker, who turned 23-year-old today, who advised she was extremely intoxicated and wasn’t really sure why she was covered in splatter from an alcoholic drink, or why she was arguing with her fiance, Reid Westerhoff. Westerhoff, was presented with visible injuries, explained they had been out at a bar and she came back to the hotel before him, and his later return woke her up. She became upset, swung at him, causing a drink to land on them and all around the room, and left visible marks and scratches on his chest and face. She was determined to be the primary aggressor and taken into custody for domestic assault.

19-year-old Michael McGibney was found at AJ’s Good Time Bar in downtown Nashville, heavily intoxicated. Employees report he had been in a fight, and informed police, who attempted to allow medics to transport him to the hospital, but he refused all treatment.

Due to his extreme state of drunkenness, he was transported to booking and charged with public intoxication.

27-year-old tourist Adolfo Monge, from Atlanta, is free on pre-trial release after police say he came into the Comfort Inn on Demonbreun, initially asking to charge his phone. After a confrontation between him and the front desk clerk, he ripped the credit card machine from the front desk and tossed it across the lobby, stating “Make my Day! Do you want to fight me?”.

He would eventually leave, then return to stare at the clerk, who called police a second time. He was finally taken into custody and charged with vandalism.

On 01/08/2022 at 2128 hours the defendant, Taylor Murray, was observed on 2nd Av S near Broadway. The defendant was seated slumped over on the sidewalk when officers approached her to see why she was on the ground. Officers detected the strong odor of alcohol expelling from the defendant’s breath when she spoke. The defendant was unsteady on her feet, had bloodshot and watery eyes, slurred speech, and was unable to care for herself. Due to the defendant’s high level of intoxication, it was determined she was a danger to herself and others.

Taylor was arrested and charged with public intoxication.

Man transports friend who shot himself in downtown Nashville on bird scooter to hotel, hides gun — Corey Oakes arrested

25-year-old tourist Corey Oakes, from Kentucky, is charged with tampering with evidence and public intoxication after he carried his friend, who shot himself in the leg in downtown Nashville while drinking, on a bird scooter back to the Cambria hotel and parked him at the entrance while he returned to their room upstairs to hide the gun. When police responded to the shooting call at the hotel they located the victim and Oakes, who was extremely intoxicated, and admitted his friend “may have possibly shot himself” and admitted to returning the gun to their room. Oakes is free on pre-trial release.

Colorado tourist calls 911 on wife who slapped him at downtown Nashville Hotel — Tina Michelle Smith arrested

Tourist Christopher Michael Smith called Metro Nashville Police early Monday morning to report his 55-year-old wife, Tina Michelle Smith, was slapping him. When police arrived, the couple, who were in town from Castle Pines, Colorado, had already got an additional room at the JW Marriott in downtown Nashville where they were staying and separated themselves. Court records show that when Christopher was talking to their son on the phone he revealed the couple had been out drinking earlier in the evening, which upset Tina, causing her to wrestle the phone away from her husband while he attempted to record her.

She eventually got on top of him on the hotel bed and began slapping him in the face, prompting the 911 call. A hotel air vent was also broken during the assault. Police documented nail marks on the victim’s face, and blood on his pillow. Tina Smith was transported to the Metro Nashville Jail and charged with domestic assault with bodily injury. After the state-mandated 12-hour hold for domestic violence cases, she was released on a $5,000 cash bond.

When Daniel Goff attempted to leave the hotel room she reportedly snatched the hat off his head and punched him in the face three times, leaving two bloody cuts on his face, according to Metro Nashville Police who documented the injuries. She was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail and is now free on a $1,000 cash bond.
