Kaya Crawford jumps from moving SUV to assault woman outside 3000 Bar in Nashville

24-year-old Kaya Crawford is charged with the assault of Timesha Douglas at 300 Bar Nashville during an incident on December 20. Police say the two parties were having a verbal disagreement on the sidewalk as they approached the disturbance. Crawford initially got into a white SUV, and Douglas walked along the sidewalk. As both continued on Demonbreun, Crawford jumped from the moving SUV and began to beat Douglas on the sidewalk. Sgt. Reese once again intervened between the two, and Crawford refused to listen to commands and pulled away to continue assaulting Douglas. She refused to cooperate when she was being placed under arrest and was charged with assault, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest.

Ja’Korey Hunter charged with assault of woman at gay bar in Nashville; she punches him in face

21-year-old Ja’Korey Hunter was at Play Dance Bar at 2 a.m. Saturday when police say he sexually assaulted Brittanee Anderson. According to witnesses and video of the incident, Hunter walked up behind the victim, who was dancing with her friend, Kolton Dixon. He then reportedly put his arms around her waist and then placed his hand up her dress, touching her genital area and fondling her. She immediately confronts Hunter and punches him in the face. Jennifer Finch Hall kicked out of Nashville hotel for being too drunk

Security at the Home2 Suites by Hilton near Vanderbilt in Nashville say 29-year-old Jennifer Finch Hall of the 615 Dollhouse Salon was extremely intoxicated and refused to leave a room on the property. Police arrived, and Finch agreed to leave to avoid jail, and officers followed her to the main lobby door near the sidewalk. When she was told she could not leave in her vehicle due to her level of intoxication, Finch refused to walk away. Finch was unable to locate anyone to pick her up or arrange travel to an alternate location, despite multiple attempts. With nowhere else to go, officers took her into custody and charged her with public intoxication.

Angel Sanchez charged in brutal New Year’s Eve assault of girlfriend

25-year-old Angel Sanchez is jailed in lieu of a $25,000 bond after police say he strangled his girlfriend, Yasmin Rivera, in an Uber and then, after they got home, reportedly headbutted her, dragged her across the floor, and strangled her again. The victim says the fight began at a bar but didn’t turn physical until they were in the rideshare vehicle on their way home. During the ride, she says he pulled her into his forehead and placed his hands around her neck until she had difficulty breathing. Once at home, she grabbed her dog for comfort, and Sanchez grabbed her and dragged her across the floor before getting on top of her and placing both hands around her neck once again. The victim says she was losing consciousness but was able to scream loud enough for a neighbor to come to her rescue. Officers documented multiple injuries to the victim.

Hunter Edwards pushes through ex-girlfriend’s window, and exclaims “You ghosted me!”

Police say 26-year-old Eric Hunter Edwards pushed an air-conditioner unit into the apartment of his ex-girlfriend, who was inside, then he crawled through the opening, stood up, and exclaimed, “You ghosted me!” His ex-girlfriend, Averie Porter, says he refused to leave, and she called 911. As she was placing the call, Hunter reportedly called her “retarded” She was able to record him breaking through the opening and showed the video to officers. During an interview, Edwards told officers he came through the front door, and that wasn’t him, despite that he was still wearing the same clothes as he was in the video.

Tourist Anthony Bauer threatens to “R-Kelly” someone in jail until they have a ‘happy ending’

19-year-old tourist Anthony Harold Bauer was asked to leave the Loews Vanderbilt Hotel late Sunday night as they determined he was not a guest at the hotel but was relaxing on a couch in the lobby, but he refused to move from the couch. He was visibly intoxicated, and despite multiple requests from officers, he refused to leave the hotel. As he was being placed under arrest for trespassing and public intoxication, he tensed up and resisted arrest. Once at the patrol car, Bauer attempted to head-butt officer Reynolds and was escorted to the side of the vehicle, and he spat on officers twice during a struggle to get him seated inside. Once at booking, Bauer exclaimed, “I’m going to p** in someone’s mouth, and they’re going to org*sm.”
