Landon Myers floored after fight at Legends Corner, charged with cocaine possession & drunkenness

Metro Nashville Police working the Entertainment District Initiative in downtown Nashville encountered 24-year-old Landon Myers of Rome City, Indiana, who had been in a fight with another patron at Legends Corner. When officers arrived, Myers was on the floor of the venue and had dropped his wallet, which had his ID visible from the outside front sleeve. In it, officers also observed a baggie that is believed to be cocaine. After being evaluated, Myers refused any further medical treatment and left the EMS vehicle. He showed signs of being extremely intoxicated and was taken into custody for public intoxication and drug possession.

Scott Rice wanders north from Broadway to Capitol Towers, believes he’s made it to Canada

35-year-old Scott Rice was found screaming and pounding on the doors of the Capitol Towers Apartment building in downtown Nashville in the early hours of Friday morning. When officers arrived, he had fallen asleep at the front of the location, and believed he had a room at the property, which was not a hotel, and believed he was in Canada. Officers say he reeked of alcohol and was extremely intoxicated. Unable to care for himself after a night of downtown drinking, he was taken into custody and charged with public intoxication.

Maya Tolliver drove to Vanderbilt, parked on sidewalk, picked her own hospital room to rest in

Police say 32-year-old Maya Tolliver drove to Vanderbilt Hospital and parked her car on the sidewalk outside of the hospital. She then walked inside, took an elevator to the 5th floor, where she located a vacant patient room, and made herself at home. Nurses located Tolliver and contacted police. Officers say she reeked of alcohol and marijuana and was unaware of her current surroundings. She was verbally aggressive in response to questions. An officer asked if she would like to seek medical treatment via the ED since she was already at Vanderbilt, to which she replied: “you can go seek help!” She was transported to booking and charged with public intoxication.

Newton ‘NJ’ Ford calls concierge a b*tch, and a bystander a ‘midget’ during Skyhouse confrontation

Police say 36-year-old Newton ‘NJ’ Ford attempted to get into the SkyHouse apartments tower when the concierge stopped him as he was not a resident had didn’t have any authorization to be there. This resulted in Ford hurling obscenities at the concierge, such as “b**ch,” and stating he would spit in her face if it weren’t illegal. While police were there, Ford had reentered the lobby with a resident and continued where he left off with the verbal assault on the concierge. A bystander in the lobby, David Malinosky, had identified Ford, to which he replied “I’ll fight you, midget!” — Officers noted Ford was only three inches taller than the bystander. He then pumped out his chest in a laughable attempt to intimidate the bystander. He was also in possession of 4 grams of marijuana at the time of his arrest.

21-year-old Jonathan Patrick Becnel was sitting on the ground outside of Nudie’s Honky Tonk when officers working the Entertainment District Initiative stopped to check on his welfare as he appeared very intoxicated and unable to care for himself. Becnel was unable to stand on his own, and as officers attempted to get him to medics, he began to push and get away. He was then taken into custody and charged with public intoxication and resisting arrest as he was combative during the entire encounter. Once at booking, DCSO staff refused to accept Becnel due to his extreme level of intoxication, so he was then taken to Metro General Hospital via ambulance.

Fort Campbell’s Christopher Jones arrested after drunken traffic cone rage in downtown Nashville

Metro Nashville Police Officers working the Entertainment District Initiative in downtown Nashville encountered 32-year-old Christopher Benjamin Jones of Fort Campbell, KY, near 1st & Broadway. Officers watched Jones as he was in a “highly agitated state” while talking on the phone with his wife. They watched as he kicked a traffic cone across three lanes of traffic, with approximately twenty pedestrians nearby. He refused to listen to officers and admitted to drinking. 27-year-old Jarret Evan Glenn was kicked out of Kid Rock’s Bar early Thursday morning in downtown Nashville due to his extreme level of intoxication. He reportedly kicked and punched multiple members of the security staff. He was detained by security and was rolling around on the ground, making threatening statements. Officers placed Glenn into custody for public intoxication and disorderly conduct. Tourist Weston Porter arrested in Nashville after being drunk & disorderly downtown

22-Weston Porter was outside of Kid Rock’s Bar in downtown Nashville late Friday night as he approached Metro Nashville Police officers working in the area and shoulder-checked them while telling them there was a fight in the area. He bumped into the elbows and shoulders of multiple officers while causing a disturbance among the general public in the area. The only person attempting to fight in the area was Porter. Officers advised him to move along and go home, but Porter refused and continued to be drunk and disorderly. As police explained he was being taken into custody for public intoxication, Porter pulled away and resisted arrest. Once in custody, Porter repeatedly asked why he was cuffed, if it was illegal to be drunk in Nashville on a Friday night, and stated that he had been drinking beer.

27-year-old Michael Tanner Bostic is charged with public intoxication and disorderly conduct after he interrupted an officer on an unrelated call and caused a commotion accusing her of theft. Officers were at Fox & Hound on Rivergate Parkway on an unrelated call when a female exited the bar with Bostic behind her, claiming she stole $200 from him and kept interfering with the original call for service. He was highly intoxicated and refused all requests to call down and wait his turn. Witnesses at the Vista Germantown called police after they observed 28-year-old Tyler Blevins forcing his way into a townhome at the location on October 8th. When officers arrived, they found Blevins outside on the sidewalk, arguing with the owner of the townhome, Christopher Roach. They two are in an intimate relationship, and Blevins was highly intoxicated, according to officers at the scene. In the early hours of Wednesday morning, shortly after last call, Metro Nashville Police observed 45-year-old Casey Seibert passed out at the intersection of 7th Ave S & McGavock Street in the middle of downtown Nashville. Officers were eventually able to wake the man, who was in town for the ScanSource Connect event, but he was uncooperative and refused to answer any questions. Metro Nashville Police working the Entertainment District Initiative Sunday encountered 31-year-old Keanah Fitzpatrick, who was causing a scene at 3rd & Broadway in downtown Nashville. As they were taking her into custody on a simply public intoxication charge which would have been dismissed eight hours later, mobile booking received a notification she had an open warrant out of Florida for which they wanted to extradite her. Fitzpatrick was transported to jail, where she awaits extradition.

22-year-old Karla Campos was the front seat passenger of a vehicle found in the middle of a Nashville intersection with both occupants passed out, with Isaiah Carter as the driver. Metro Nashville Police received multiple calls about a man running on the interstate and in front of semi-trucks traveling at full speed. Officers arrived to find 23-year-old Colby Daugherty, who explained he had just left the Kevin Gates concert and was “walking back to a friend’s house,” but when asked for the address, he responded, “I have no idea!” Daughtery refused all medical treatment and was visibly intoxicated and unable to care for himself.
