28-year-old Michaela DeLeyer was reported as unconscious in the hallway of the Carillon Apartments at 3 a.m. Wednesday. Officers arrived to find her in an extreme level of intoxication, and she did know her own name. She reeked of alcohol and had urinated on herself. Once she realized she was loaded into an ambulance to receive medical treatment, she refused all medical assistance. Unable to be left in her current state, she was transported to booking and charged with public intoxication.

Drunk downtown tourist Thomas Noble believes he’s in 2023 Las Vegas

37-year-old Thomas Noble was staying at the Double Tree Hotel in downtown Nashville Tuesday night. The hotel he returned to after a night of downtown drinking, however, was the Omni Hotel, just south of Broadway and about a 15-minute walk away. Hotel staff says Noble had been at their hotel lobby for “several hours,” during which they kept attempting to return him to his proper hotel. They eventually arranged for a taxi to take him to the Double Tree, but when it arrived, he refused to get inside. Police eventually had to be called and say Noble was extremely intoxicated and believed it was 2023 and that he was in Nevada. He was transported to booking and charged with public intoxication.

28-year-old Tristan Nicole Rowell approached Metro Nashville Police Officers who were assisting another citizen with a minor facial injury at Kid Rock’s bar in downtown Nashville early Sunday morning. She was shouting at officers and causing a disturbance to the general public and other patrons. She was extremely intoxicated, and when officers attempted to de-escalate the situation, she continued to scream at them, then used her hands to push Officer Yore in the chest.

Carrie Lierl goes wild at Nashville International Airport

31-year-old Caroline Suzanne Lierl was at the Nashville International Airport late Saturday night when employees observed her to be extremely intoxicated and contacted Airport police. Lierl claimed she was on a flight to Cincinnati at 7:17, but no such flight could be found, and she did not have a boarding pass. She was asked to leave the area and go about her evening; however, she refused and became a disturbance to airport operations. As officers took her into custody for public intoxication, Lierl kicked Officer Tomlin and Sgt. Berens multiple times and attempted to flee the scene to avoid arrest.

Dayvion Holloway charged: fighting while high in public

Goodlettsville Police say they responded to a fight in progress at a gas station and located 21-year-old Dayvion Holloway as one of the involved parties. While speaking with Holloway, they observed him to be “highly intoxicated.” He refused to cooperate with officers and became aggressive. Holloway was then taken into custody for public intoxication, and a search incident to arrest resulted in him also being charged with the 21.8 grams of marijuana found in his left front pocket.

Isaac Jameson busted in underage drunken & drug-induced rampage in downtown Nashville

20-year-old Isaac Jameson faces multiple charges after Metro Nashville Police say admitted to being “on drugs” in addition to underage drinking while in downtown Nashville. Jameson was initially observed stumbling on Broadway when a bouncer from a nearby club advised Jameson was pushing other citizens and accusing one of taking his money.

Jameson attempted to enter multiple downtown bars and was successfully blocked by security until he reached Second Fiddle Saloon, where he was able to push past security and enter the bar area, which is where police caught up with him as he was in a physical fight with bouncers. Body camera footage shows him yelling “f*/k you!” to police as he attempts to pull away from them. He was transported to Metro General for medical clearance, where he continued to resist personnel, and then transported to booking.

John White drunk and disorderly at Nashville Airport, shouting about NFL teams

47-year-old John White was charged with public intoxication at the Nashville International Airport on November 6th at 5:30 a.m. after airport police were dispatched to the SouthWest ticket counter, where he was shouting profanities and yelling at multiple other customers. As officers arrived, White was shouting about NFL teams and smelled strongly of alcohol. It was determined that White did not even have a ticket to fly out on SouthWest. Officers attempted to get White a taxi, but he became increasingly agitated with officers. He was given a final choice to leave the property in a rideshare or go to jail. White was booked and charged with public intoxication.

42-year-old Brett Timukas was found early Thursday morning sleeping in the middle of the sidewalk near the Pine Street Flats in The Gulch in downtown Nashville. Officers were able to awaken the man, who was visibly intoxicated, and he looked around and appeared confused. He wouldn’t confirm if he knew where he was, where he came from, or where he was going. He refused medical attention but wouldn’t answer any other questions. Timukas was transported to booking and charged with public intoxication.

A drunken Alyssa McCoy booted from Tootsie’s & wraps her legs around MNPD Officer Blake Lutz in assault

Police say 29-year-old Alyssa McCoy was ordered to leave Tootsie’s late Wednesday night due to her level of intoxication. She refused and demanded the bouncers explain to her why she had to leave. They attempted to escort her from the venue, at which point she became aggressive with them, and they detained her until the police arrived. Police were going to issue her a citation for the trespass and let her arrange a safe way home, but Alyssa McCoy refused to sign the citation or provide a fingerprint for it. As officers were placing her into physical custody, she used a car to push away from them. Once in handcuffs, McCoy wrapped her legs around Officer Blake Lutz and refused to let go. As officers separated her from his leg, she began to kick him multiple times.

36-year-old James Roberts Keithman was on Broadway in downtown Nashville when officers responded to a call from someone concerned about his level of intoxication. Tevin Hamilton offers cop $50 to let him go after found with gun at The 5 Spot in East Nashville

Police say 31-year-old Tevin Hamilton was at The 5 Spot bar with a gun on in the early hours of Tuesday morning. Officers arrived and met with a witness who stated that after the altercation, they witnessed Hamilton exit the bar, and he appeared to be again looking for the other person that was involved while carrying a gun in his waistband. The witness was able to negotiate for the gun and hold it until the police arrived so that no one would get injured. Officers arrived and located Hamilton inside the bar and extremely intoxicated and had two loaded Glock magazines in his pocket. As he was being transported to be charged with public intoxication and possessing a firearm in a bar, Hamilton told officers he lived nearby and offered $20 to let him out and walk home. Hamilton insisted on being let out of the car and raised his offer to $50 to let him walk home.

31-year-old Alejandro Grant Wright was at the intersection of 4th & Broadway Saturday when police say he was in a “heated verbal argument” with his girlfriend, Valeria Galvan. Wright then ripped off his shirt and walked aggressively at his girlfriend as officers intervened to prevent any physical assault from happening. Galvan says she was in fear of being hurt by Wright.

24-year-old tourist William Maracich from South Carolina was detained by security at Losers Bar in downtown Nashville late Saturday night after he caused a disturbance in the bar due to his extreme level of intoxication. Police arrived in response to the disturbance and took Maracich into custody, at which time he resisted being cuffed. Once at booking, Maracich refused to exit the patrol car, resulting in officers carrying him into booking.

25-year-old Krysta Swanson was found passed out in a bathroom stall at the Nashville International Airport Friday morning. Airport Police located her slumped over and halfway clothed, with all of her belonging scattered on the floor of the bathroom. Offices say she was difficult to wake and appeared extremely intoxicated with slurred speech and a strong odor of alcohol coming from her breath. She stated she believed she was in Maine and not Nashville. She was taken into custody for public intoxication and seen at Summit Hospital prior to booking after she slammed her head into the partition of the patrol car, causing a laceration to her forehead.

21-year-old Tamas Mate was in a fight with bouncers at Rippy’s Honky Tonk late Saturday night, according to offices working the Entertainment District Initiative on Broadway in downtown Nashville. As officers were arriving, Mate had left the bar and began to get into another fight just a few feet away. He was reportedly unsteady on his feet and in a “state of confusion,” according to an arrest warrant. He even fell over onto the ground during one of the altercations. Metro Nashville Police stopped 40-year-old Ryan Whitney as he was attempting to cross Broadway in downtown Nashville where there was no crosswalk. Whitney walked a short distance away and then returned and began to drunkenly yell and scream at the police, demanding an explanation of why he could not cross there. Police told him to move along about his evening multiple times and gave him one final chance to walk away before advising him he was under arrest for public intoxication. He then resisted arrest and had to be placed against a wall by multiple officers to get him in both handcuffs.

56-year-old James Chester Peet of New York was found passed out in downtown Nashville in an alley near 4th & Broadway in the early hours of Sunday morning. Once he was awoken, officers detected a strong smell of alcohol coming from Peet, and he was obviously too intoxicated to care for himself. As an ambulance was called to assist him, Peet disclosed he had a handgun on his hip. After he declined further medical treatment, he was transported to booking and charged with public intoxication and possession of a handgun while intoxicated.
