Police were called to the Hilton Airport on Elm Hill Pike after staff complained that 35-year-old Daniel Caraballo was extremely intoxicated and refusing to leave the property. Officers arrived to find him asleep in the hotel lobby with his pants undone. After they woke him up and escorted him outside he struggled to stand on his own and swayed from side to side. Unable to leave him to care for himself, he was transported to booking and charged with public intoxication.

Justin Dean Hanning-Franklin charged with assault of bouncer at downtown Nashville bar
33-year-old Justin Hanning-Franklin was being escorted out of 305 Broadway in downtown Nashville due to his extreme level of intoxication when he began to fight with staff and attempted to punch one of the guards. He was wrestled to the ground by security and was outside the bar when police arrived. He is charged with public intoxication and the assault of Donovan Scott McManus.
Grayson Taylor yelled racial slurs, demanded MNPD supervisor, before eventually being arrested at Zanies
23-year-old Grayson Taylor was kicked out of Zanies Comedy Club after he says he drank a half-bottle of wine and a few additional drinks. Club staff report he was restrained by security after he began screaming racial slurs and causing a disturbance to other patrons. Police arrived to help escort him from the property, and while waiting for an Uber he took off his shirt and became more violent and threatening. He refused to get into the Uber when it arrived, and then threatened officers. After they told him he would be placed under arrest, he requested a supervisor respond to the scene.
While waiting on a supervisor to arrive, Taylor called 911 several more times to demand other officers respond, he then walked to another business where he also became a disturbance. They then warned him a few more times to “remain calm” which he refused to do. At some point they took eventually him into custody, charging him with public intoxication and disorderly conduct.
Woman demands to be taken to jail when her boyfriend is arrested downtown — Michael Savela & Amanda Lee
Metro Nashville Police say 33-year-old Michael Savela was drunk and shirtless in downtown Nashville Saturday night near 3rd & Demonbreun when they found him after 4 separate individuals called 911 to report he was attempting to fight them and other citizens without any reason. His girlfriend, 35-year-old Amanda Lee, was also intoxicated and demanded to be taken to booking with Michael if he was being arrested, so she could wait for him to be released. In the end, she would get her wish, as she also became so unruly and uncooperative that she became a charge partner, and was arrested for public intoxication.
A very drunk Maximilian Baker asked officers to take him to jail… so they did
22-year-old Maximilian Baker was found passed out from intoxication on the second floor of Boot Barn on Broadway in downtown Nashville. He reeked of alcohol and refused all medical assistance when offered. He told police to just take him to jail. officers assisted him in standing and escorted him out of the store. While en route to booking, he attempted to kick out the window of the patrol car.
Spencer Smith “screamed and flailed about” after his public intoxication arrest in downtown Nashville
21-year-old Spencer Shane Smith was charged with public intoxication in the early hours of Saturday morning after police found him attempting to fight other citizens in downtown Nashville at 4th & Broadway. Police say that he was unable to care for himself and “screamed the entire time and flailed about” in the back of the patrol car while en route to booking.
Georgia Man charged after reportedly assaulting female patrons in a downtown bar — Harrison Andrews
Security Staff at Honky Tonk Central on Broadway in downtown Nashville flagged down police to alert them 24-year-old Harrison Andrews had assaulted several female patrons and was being escorted outside when he got in an altercation with security. No one wanted to press assault charges so Andrews was charged with disorderly conduct and public intoxication and transported to booking.
Brandon Floyd Bell had “20 beers” before fighting his friend at a gas station
32-year-old Georgia tourist Brandon Floyd Bell told police he had “20 beers” before fighting with his friend at the gas station at 3200 Clarksville Pike in the early hours of Saturday morning. Police arrived to observe a crowd of onlookers watching the altercation. Bell was charged with public intoxication and disorderly conduct.
Teaira McBride assaults bar manager after being bounced for bad behavior — Rebar at the Dam
27-year-old Teaira McBride was escorted out of Rebar at the Dam in the early hours of Friday morning after becoming belligerent to other patrons. Once outside, she discovered she had left her phone inside, and she began pounding on the doors attempting to re-gain entry. Once she calmed down the manager opened the door to assist her, at which time she attacked him, ripping his shirt and leaving a large mark across his chest. She then retreated to the parking lot of the Sleep Inn, where police found her lying on the ground yelling and screaming while hotel guests watched her. As they attempted to take her into custody she resisted, refused to put her hands behind her back, and grabbed onto a nearby fence.
Austin Thompson charged in assault of Broadway bar staff after being kicked out of Whiskey Row
28-year-old Austin Thompson told officers he consumed five beers but was not “legally drunk” when they encountered him in downtown Nashville Thursday night. Thompson was being escorted out of Whiskey Row when he became combative with Samuel Shapiro, part of the bar’s staff. Thompson reportedly tried to re-enter the bar after being kicked out and punched Shapiro in the face.
Andrew Jordan Green was arrested in the most East Nashville way possible
Police say 30-year-old Andrew Green danced around and repeatedly stated “it is what it is” after they placed him in handcuffs late Thursday night. Officers initially responded to a call in East Nashville about a roadway hazard. The hazard turned out to be Andrew Green, who was reportedly laying down the roadway, heavily intoxicated, wearing some of his clothing backward. He stated he and his partner had been out drinking, though was unable to locate his partner or the name of anywhere they had been or where he was staying. He was charged with public intoxication.
Nathan Woods found passed out at hotel bar, threatening to fight police & medics
34-year-old Nathan Woods was found passed out at the bar of the Hyatt Place Nashville/Brentwood on Summit View Drive late Monday night. Medics arrived and offered assistance, which was refused once he became aware of his surroundings. He was extremely intoxicated and unable to care for himself. Unhappy with his situation, he made threats to fight both police and medics. Due to being unable to care for himself, he was taken into custody.

Metro Nashville Police say 25-year-old Jacquelyne Anne Moore was kicked out of several consecutive bars on Broadway in downtown Nashville and came to their attention from her conduct. She was given the option of leaving the area with her friend but refused. Due to her continued aggressive behavior with citizens and obvious state of public intoxication, she was taken into custody.

28-year-old Autumn Adkisson was kicked out of 306 Broadway after causing a disturbance with patrons and staff. Officers were called to her location and found her to be heavily intoxicated and having trouble standing on her own. She only admitted to drinking “a shot” of alcohol. Due to her level of intoxication, she was transported to booking and charged with public intoxication.
Tourist found abandoned by friends in middle of Broadway — Timothy Sizmur, arrested
Police found 36-year-old Timothy Sizmur standing in the street at 3rd & Broadway Saturday night, barely able to stand, heavily intoxicated, and holding an empty drink. Officers attempted to find his friends to take care of him, without success, and he was unable to call anyone. Unable to be left alone, he was transported to booking and charged with public intoxication.
Alexander Cresanta charged with public intoxication outside of Nashville Underground after starting fights
Metro Nashville Police encountered 30-year-old Alexander Cresanta outside Nashville Underground in downtown Nashville heavily intoxicated and threatening to harm Joshua Townsend. Police asked Cresanta to move along, however, he continued to make threats and display increasing intoxication, so he was taken into custody and charged with public intoxication.
Trent Martin punches THP trooper in face as he’s crossing the street in downtown Nashville
Police say 26-year-old Trent Martin was on Broadway in downtown Nashville Saturday when he was crossing the street near 3rd Ave. As he passed by THP Trooper Andrew Simunic he turned and punched the officer square in the face with his fist and fled. He was charged with public intoxication and assault of an officer.
Andy Colbert: drunk and disorderly on downtown Nashville rooftop lounge
Staff at the Westin Hotel in downtown Nashville reported to police that 34-year-old Andy Colbert was on the rooftop lounge drinking alcohol when he suddenly became aggressive with other patrons and attempted to assault them. When officers arrived they located Colbert “stumbling around the sidewalk” in an intoxicated state. He was unable to provide information about where he was staying or where he currently was. After declining medical assistance, Colbert was charged with public intoxication and transported to booking.
Tourist jailed when unable to pay $77 tab at Vibes Bar & Lounge in Nashville — Jose Antonio Tello
Just before closing time on Friday morning, staff at Vibes & Lounge on Demonbreun called police to report 37-year-old Jose Tello was being unruly and was unwilling or unable to pay his $77 bar tab at the venue. They reported he had attempted to “run out” several times but they had so far kept him there. As police arrived they noticed he was very intoxicated and had trouble verbalizing where he was at when asked by officers. He said he was unable to pay his tab, and his card declined when ran by staff. Tello was jailed on the charges of theft of services and public intoxication
Ramona Lavender: racial slurs, spit, & urine — oh, what a night! #Arrested
Police say 26-year-old Ramona Lavender and her sister were coming home from a bar when they were involved in a crash in Antioch Friday night. She was yelling and screaming at her sibling when police arrived and then turned her outrage toward officers as they asked questions related to the investigation. She then threatened to shoot the other involved driver, Justin Mathias, and shoot up his house. Once in the rear of a patrol car, she screamed racial slurs at officers, covered the car in her spit, and tried to kick out the windows. Once at booking, she spits on several officers, one of them directly in the face, then stated she had to use the restroom, at which point she pulled her pants down and urinated across the seats in the booking area.
Broadway got the best of him — Phillip James Palmer arrested
30-year-old Phillip Palmer was found stumbling and falling on Broadway in downtown Nashville just before 3 a.m. Friday. Officers working the Entertainment District Initiative took him into custody for public intoxication after he was unable to stand without assistance and was unable to care for himself.
Tessa Ballard deemed to be too drunk during Morgan Wallen Concert
Police say 31-year-old Tessa Ballard was highly intoxicated and belligerent when they came in contact with her at Bridgestone Arena during the Morgan Wallen concert in Nashville. Due to her extreme level of drunkenness, she was deemed unable to care for herself and taken into custody, charged with public intoxication.
Tourist too drunk for Redneck Riviera; refused a ride by Uber — Jeremy Hency arrested
Early Sunday morning, Metro Nashville police responded to Redneck Riviera in downtown Nashville where they found 45-year-old tourist Jeremy Hency in the process of taking his shirt off and yelling obscenities as security staff at the location. He had been kicked out of the location for being too intoxicated and escorted to the door. Hency was with his son, who agreed to arrange an Uber ride to avoid his father being arrested, and officers began to walk away. Moments later they turned to see Hency laying flat on the sidewalk blocking the path of pedestrians. His son attempted to get off the ground, stating the Uber was nearby, and officers even assisted him to the Uber once it arrived. The Uber driver, however, refused service due to his level of intoxication. Left with no other options, Hency was charged with public intoxication and transported to booking.
Jennifer Peer tosses phone at security guard who denies her entry to hockey game due to her drunkenness
27-year-old Jennifer Peer was denied entry to a hockey game at Bridgestone Arena on March 19th, due to her level of intoxication. When she was told she would not be attending, she became irate and threw her phone at the security officer. Due to her continued behavior, she was taken into custody for public intoxication and being able to care for herself.
Jacqueline Wolf found drunk & belligerent at Morgan Wallen concert in downtown Nashville
25-year-old Jacqueline Wolf was at the Morgan Wallen concert in downtown Nashville Friday and was in someone’s seat. When asked to produce her own ticket to verify where she was supposed to be seated she became extremely belligerent and yelled and swore at staff. She was heavily intoxicated and admitted she was “a little drunk”. She was turned over to MNPD who charged her with public intoxication.
