Ohio’s Chester McFadden charged after spitting on people at WKND Hang Suite, causing a scene

Metro Nashville Police were dispatched to WKND Hang Suite late Saturday night after security at the Church Street venue detained 28-year-old Chester McFadden, who was reportedly extremely intoxicated, belligerent, and spitting on people in line. Bouncers had asked McFadden to leave the property at least five times, and once he eventually left, he returned a short time later and attempted to make re-entry, causing a scene with those in line, spitting on some of the patrons. McFadden made threats to both the bouncers and officers during their interactions. Officers were unable to locate any friends or family to take care of the Ohio man, so he was transported to booking.

Janny Arguello arrested after being abandoned by friends on Nolensville road in Nashville

Just before daylight Sunday, Officers were flagged down on Nolensville Road by a group of women who advised that a female needed assistance in a vehicle nearby because the friends she had come into the city with abandoned her. Officers located 20-year-old Janny Arguello, who was sitting in a car by herself with the door open and actively throwing up. There was also other vomit inside the vehicle. She was falling in and out of sleep while talking to officers and stated she didn’t know where her friend was at. She stated she lived thirty minutes away and refused all medical treatment. Due to her inability to care for herself, and her state of intoxication, she was transported to booking.

Metro Nashville Police working the Entertainment District Initiative in downtown Nashville responded to a disorderly/intoxicated person call at Kid Rock’s Bar on Broadway late Saturday night, where they located 21-year-old Kyra Brady. The staff stated that 23-year-old Austin Barrett was causing a scene as he attempted to cut the line to get inside and was starting fights with other patrons. 46-year-old Shawn Daniels stumbled out of a bar and onto the curb of Broadway in downtown Nashville Friday night and braced himself against a vehicle on the street. Inside the car was two individuals, one of them a 16-year-old male. They yelled for the man to get off the vehicle, and words were exchanged, which resulted in Daniels reaching through the window, striking the juvenile in the face, and pulling him by the shirt. As the two individuals in the car were exiting to confront the man, Metro Nashville Police Officers observed and intervened, placing Daniels under arrest. He admitted to being intoxicated during the assault.

Metro Nashville Police say 21-year-old Austin Shearon alternated between crying and yelling after he was arrested in front of Layer Cake in downtown Nashville early Saturday morning. Metro Nashville Police say 36-year-old tourist Kaitlyn Djakov was dancing in the street at 4th & Broadway just before midnight Thursday. She remained in a lane of traffic when the light turned green for traffic, and an officer pointed for her to move about on her way, making eye contact. He eventually then approached her for her own safety, believing her to be intoxicated, at which time she fled from him and ran inside Honky Tonk Central, according to an arrest report. When he caught up with her and told her she was under arrest for public intoxication, she pulled, twisted, and used her body in an attempt to avoid arrest. She was transported to booking.

Roleen Green jailed after throwing water on Nashville Police Officer

MNPD Motorcycle Officer Charles Large was traveling near 3rd Ave. & Commerce in downtown Nashville in the early hours of Friday morning when he observed a group of people in the crosswalk. As he allowed the group to pass, 35-year-old Roleen Green stopped in the crosswalk, looked at him, and slung water from a water bottle toward the officer, wetting his motorcycle along with the right side of his face. He parked his motorcycle and attempted to make contact with Green, who was unsteady on her feet and reeked of alcohol. As he attempted to detain her, she pulled away with only one hand cuffed. Large eventually pushed her up against his motorcycle to complete the arrest and regain control.

39-year-old Brooke Thomas Babes was asked to leave the Clarion Hotel on 1st street in downtown Nashville multiple times on Monday. Staff says he was highly intoxicated and was nodding off during their interaction. Babes told Metro Nashville Police officers he had taken Xanax pills and that even if he walked away, he would just return to the hotel as soon as officers left the area. Due to his dedication to breaking the law, he was transported to booking and charged with public intoxication and criminal trespass. This was his first Nashville arrest.

Airport Police were dispatched to the South TSA security checkout Sundayfter afternoon, where they found 63-year-old Debra Lore (Pisciotta)Terrell who was heavily intoxicated, reeked of alcohol, shaking, and generally unable to function at the checkpoint without assistance. She informed Airport Police she upset with TSA as they were taking too long to screen her. Soon after, a Southwest manager informed her she would not be flying with them today due to her level of intoxication, and her flight was rescheduled for the next day, however Debra became enraged and demanded a refund instead, stating that her travel agent handles all of her bookings and Southwest obliged.

With no travel plan, no tickets, and no way she could fly that drunk, she was told to leave the airport. Officers offered her a cab to a nearby hotel so she could make arrangements with her travel agent; however, she refused all efforts, stating: “I only take black cars!” It turns out she also takes blue and white cars, with light bars and cages, which was her transportation to downtown booking, where she spent the next eight hours making friends with the locals until she sobered up.

34-year-old Dustin Brown was kicked out of Nudie’s Honkey Tonk on Friday but soon returned to the venue and sat in the open window of the location, where he continued to cause issues with staff. He refused to leave a second time and was physically removed from the property and taken to the ground by security, where he received some facial abrasions, which were treated by medics. Police took him into custody for public intoxication and criminal trespass. While one officer was holding his feed to place him into the car, Brown kicked his taser and broke the battery portion of the device.

43-year-old Jessica Leatherwood was found passed out in the bathroom of Honky Tonk Central on Broadway in downtown Nashville in the early hours of Sunday morning. As Metro Nashville Police Officers arrived to check on her, she seemed very intoxicated and confused. She says she was at the bar with her husband, and he left her there. When officers attempted to assist her in getting back to her hotel, she became verbally aggressive and was taken into custody for public intoxication.

Employees at the Grand Hyatt Nashville contacted police just before 2 a.m. Sunday about 32-year-old Kay Loni Taylor, who was sleeping on a bench near the lobby at 1000 Broadway in downtown Nashville. At some point, hotel staff had asked her to leave the bench and she became belligerent and attempted to fight them. The hotel staff were not about that life and say Taylor called them racial slurs and spit on them during an altercation. Police also observed her yelling racial slurs and spitting and determined her to be highly intoxicated, and transported her to booking.

Sultan Al Shareef booted out of Jason Aldean’s, busts out of DCSO booking

Metro Nashville Police Officers working the Entertainment District Initiative in downtown Nashville observed 21-year-old Sultan Nassir Al Shareef extremely intoxicated and disorderly in front of Jason Aldean’s Bar in the early hours of Sunday morning. Al Shareef was fighting with security and had his legs wrapped around the security ropes. He pushed and shoved and refused to be cuffed by officers who were attempting to detain him. Eventually, he was placed in the back of a patrol vehicle but was too intoxicated to provide any information about himself. A friend who was nearby provided Shareef’s name and phone number. As he was being brought inside to booking, Al Shareef attempted to run out and jumped over multiple DCSO guards to get out of the Sally port. He was eventually overpowered and processed.

46-year-old tourist Richard Long, from Tempe, AZ, was asked to leave his hotel, the Gaylord Opryland Resort, after threatening staff and causing a disturbance. Metro Nashville Police arrived and observed that Long was extremely intoxicated, and security reported they had told the guest he would have to leave the property due to him making direct threats to staff, which Long said he wouldn’t do since he was a paying guest. Officers explained the trespassing law to him, yet he continued to cause a disturbance at the resort hotel. He was eventually taken into custody and charged with criminal trespass, public intoxication, disorderly conduct, and possession of a handgun while under the influence, as a Glock was located on his right hip and located during a search incident to arrest.

Police responded to a domestic disturbance call on Muphy Road and as they were investigating, one of the involved parties, 23-year-old Lauren Duke-Powers, returned to the scene. As they began to interview her near the front walkway to the home, it became apparent she was extremely intoxicated, with her being unable to stand without swaying, and slurring her speech. She continued to curse and yell at the other involved parties. Officers advised her she was being detained while the domestic call was investigated, at which time she walked away toward the home and resisted when officers attempted to grab her arms to keep her away from the other parties. She then kicked Officer Meskers in his right knee, and as they took her to the ground in the prone position, she attempted to bite Officer Meskers’ right thigh.

24-year-old tourist Joseph Joey Schwartz, from Maryland, found himself in the Metro Nashville Jail overnight when he attacked a Spanish-speaking cleaning employee at Jason Aldean’s bar overnight. The worker says he was mopping an upstairs bathroom at the downtown Nashville venue when Schwartz appeared and began blocking the doorway and preventing his free movement. He says Schwartz, who was extremely intoxicated, then began to beat the victim in his face, leaving him with multiple lacerations that required medical treatment. Schwartz was taken into custody and charged with assault and public intoxication, and given pre-trial release back to his home in Maryland.
