Metro Nashville Police Officers working the Entertainment District Initiative in downtown Nashville Friday night say 28-year-old Nathan Allen Taylor fell on the sidewalk in front of Legends Corner on Broadway and required a medical response from Nashville Fire. Once he was assisted by medics, Taylor declined transport to a local hospital to sober up and be further evaluated. He was unable to be left alone on the sidewalk, and he was unable to walk due to his level of intoxication and was an unreasonable annoyance to other citizens in the vicinity. Taylor was transported to booking and charged with public intoxication.

Chicago couple Lori Haarmann & Eric Frostick jailed in Nashville after drunken downtown fight

Metro Nashville Police Officers working the Entertainment District Initiative in downtown Nashville were flagged down by citizens on the sidewalk outside of Jason Aldean’s Kitchen + Rooftop Bar, where an altercation was taking place between two tourists from Chicago, 45-year-old Lori Ann Haarmann and her husband, 48-year-old Eric Frostick. Multiple witnesses report Eric was pulling and hitting his wife while attempting to force her into a rideshare vehicle. Bouncers from the bar report her holding onto the railing and refusing to get into the vehicle with her husband while fighting back against his assault.

Eric denied any altercation when police arrived and told officers his ripped shirt and scratches on his body occurred “when we were having sex… that is how it happened.” Officers first arrested Eric for domestic assault and public intoxication, and then due to Lori’s level of intoxication and inability to care for herself, she was also charged with public intoxication.

36-year-old Regina Sullo was kicked out of a concert at Nissan Stadium on August 12th after APEX Security determined her to be too drunk and disorderly to abide by venue guidelines and she was causing a scene during the event. Just after 9 p.m. Wednesday, Vanderbilt University Police responded to the Nashville Marriott Vanderbilt on West End after a guest had reported hearing a domestic disturbance coming from an adjacent room. Hotel staff confirmed the yelling and screaming coming from a third-floor room, and officers spoke with the registered guest, 54-year-old Yolanda Matthews. She advised she and her husband had a verbal disagreement, and she was going to go back inside her room and drink the remainder of her lemon drop as her husband was already outside the hotel.

While police spoke to her husband, Yolanda came downstairs and was irate with hotel staff and patrons. Metro Nashville Police responded to an intoxicated trespasser at the JW Marriott Hotel Friday in downtown Nashville. Hotel staff identified a person in the valley lane, 33-year-old Marcel Gonzalez, as the man who refused to leave and was “frothing at the mouth.” Officers attempted to locate a friend or relative to help him get to his destination or to retrieve him but were unable to contact anyone despite multiple attempts. 28-year-old Former Marine turned National Guard Recruiter Taylor Stoeckman was jailed late Monday night after security at Nashville Underground on Broadway in downtown Nashville had to take him to the ground and hold him there until police arrived. Stoeckman was reportedly extremely intoxicated, which resulted in him being denied entry to the venue. Despite his continued shouting and unruly behavior, and complaints of not being able to see, he refused medical treatment. Officers then attempted to call his friends to come and get him, but Stoeckman was unable to unlock his phone. Officers asked him to sit down while they attempted other methods to contact his friends, but he became even more unruly. He was then advised he was being taken into custody, at which time he assumed a fighting stance and used his body to prevent from being placed into the patrol car. He then threatened to strangle the arrested officer to death, and once at booking, he continued to resist going into the building.

41-year-old Raymond Flores was the subject of a disorderly person call outside of Luke Bryan’s Bar on Broadway in downtown Nashville early Saturday morning. He was reportedly becoming aggressive and threatening toward an unknown female at the location. Officers arrived to find him yelling and screaming at the woman and grabbing the back of her head while yelling at her. As officers attempted to place him into custody, he became aggressive with officers, who had to use force and “joint manipulation techniques” to get him cuffed. Officers responded to Buffalo Valley’s Nashville Rehab Center on Oak Valley Drive Sunday to find that 32-year-old Kevin Peter Hynes was the subject of their disorderly person call. Vanderbilt Hospital had delivered Hynes to the location for treatment, and he was still extremely intoxicated upon arrival. He was advised to go inside the building for the night to avoid a public intoxication charge, he agreed, and officers left. A short time later, officers are .2 miles away at the 7 eleven on Dickerson Pike, where they noticed Hynes was walking in the door. Still heavenly intoxicated, he successfully avoided rehab and detox for the night and received a free ride to jail.
