Citizens called police to report teenagers were firing pellets from a water pellet gun at random people in downtown Nashville late Friday night. Officers located one of the teens, 18-year-old Eli Sherrill, in a parking garage at 314 Church Street. It was determined Eli’s truck was parked in the garage, and as officers approached, they could see the handle of an actual handgun under a tire in the bed of the truck; it was loaded with a round in the chamber. Brandon Howard charged with P80 ghost gun and theft of 2022 Camry
18-year-old Brandon Howard told police, “I would have dusted y’all!” had it not been for the spike strips they deployed to stop him as he fled in a stolen Toyota Camry late Sunday night. He was driving a 2022 white Toyota Camry that was just stolen from Whites Creek Pike and was being tracked by its owner, who was relaying the information to police. With the assistance of AirOne, all three occupants of the vehicle were taken into custody after short foot pursuits. Chopper chases teens in a stolen vehicle from Smyrna to Antioch
18-year-old Treshaun Delucia and Quantaz Carter were charged with theft of property, possession of a weapon, and evading arrest when aviation found them in a stolen car that gave chase through Antioch.
