Tourist Anthony Bauer threatens to “R-Kelly” someone in jail until they have a ‘happy ending’

19-year-old tourist Anthony Harold Bauer was asked to leave the Loews Vanderbilt Hotel late Sunday night as they determined he was not a guest at the hotel but was relaxing on a couch in the lobby, but he refused to move from the couch. He was visibly intoxicated, and despite multiple requests from officers, he refused to leave the hotel. As he was being placed under arrest for trespassing and public intoxication, he tensed up and resisted arrest. Once at the patrol car, Bauer attempted to head-butt officer Reynolds and was escorted to the side of the vehicle, and he spat on officers twice during a struggle to get him seated inside. Once at booking, Bauer exclaimed, “I’m going to p** in someone’s mouth, and they’re going to org*sm.”

Andrew Provenzano runs through security at Red Hot Chili Peppers concert in Nashville

22-year-old Andrew Provenzano was attending the Red Hot Chili Peppers concert in Nashville Friday night when police say he violated an unspecified policy of the venue and was escorted out by Apex Security and told to leave the property for the duration of the event. Upset that the Black Summer would go on without him, Provenzano decided to Give it Away, his freedom that is, and get to the Otherside, knowing he Cant Stop and took on a full-speed run, Easily making it through all security checkpoints. Police then took him into custody for trespassing and transported him to booking.

Brice Mertiff charged in assault of girlfriend after she leaves him at the Morgan Wallen concert in Nashville.

Erika Dell says she and her boyfriend of the past year, 35-year-old Brice Mertiff, were at the Morgan Wallen concert in Nashville when she left him there and returned to the hotel to go to bed. Once the concert was over and Mertiff returned she says he woke her up by throwing a drink at her, soaking her upper body, upset because she didn’t stay with him. He became so irate that she began to pack her things to leave him at the Grand Hyatt Hotel where they were staying on Broadway. He reportedly tackled her to the ground as she fled to the elevators, and she struck him with a cell phone in self-defense, and a bystander assisted the victim as she was screaming for help with him on top of her. Security footage captured the entire incident and was reviewed. Mertiff was charged with domestic assault and sent home to Pennsylvania on a $2,500 cash bond.

Tourist sisters brawl in the middle of downtown Nashville — Hannah German arrested

34-year-old Hannah German flagged down police officers in downtown Nashville, reportedly asking for help in detaining her sister, Emma German. A group of citizens near 5th & Broadway were also reporting an assault was occurring between the two sisters. The two had been at Tootsie’s and got into an argument over using a rideshare to return to their hotel. Emma attempted to part ways, however, Hannah grabbed her by the neck twice, refusing to let her leave. During the scuffle, Emma sustained some injuries, including a bloody lip, scratches on her neck and chest, and a broken backpack, which she had been wearing.

Kicked out of bar, tourist kicks at police car on his way to jail — Thomas Burns

Nashville Police say 47-year-old tourist Thomas Burns refused to leave Legends Corner bar on Broadway in downtown Nashville early Saturday evening after being bounced from the establishment. Officers say he was having trouble standing on his own and was acting erratically due to his extreme level of intoxication. As they were placing him into custody for public intoxication he began to kick at the patrol car in an attempt to avoid apprehension. He was placed in hobble restraints and transported to booking.

DUI: Singer/Songwriter Veronica Stanton charged after drinking “two beers” before driving at 3:30 AM

28-year-old Veronica Stanton, a singer/songwriter who moved to Nashville from Jenkintown, PA, was found swerving on Gallatin Ave just after 3:30 AM Monday. She admitted to having “two beers” earlier in the night. Police say she performed poorly on field sobriety tests, and was then booked into the Metro Nashville Jail. She is free on pre-trial release.
