30-year-old Philip Roush was arrested and charged with DUI, and violation of the implied consent law after Metro police found him asleep behind the wheel of his running vehicle. He was ROR’d after being booked.

35-year-old Jarod Stressel was charged with DUI after police observed him swerving on Lebanon Pike without headlights after 2 a.m. on December 6th. When asked his impairment on a scale of 1-10, Stressel declared he was a ’10’, and blew a .20 BAC.
