21-year-old Elder Izaguirre is charged with the statutory rape of his 15-year-old girlfriend, who is 5 years, 8 months, and 27 days younger. He admitted the relationship to detectives during an interview and knowingly continued the relationship, which began when she was 13-years-old, and he was 19. He is jailed in lieu of a $2,500 bond.
