Metro Nashville Police observed 22-year-old Jack McCloski running naked through the parking lot of McDonald’s on Broadway in downtown Nashville in the early morning daylight hours of Saturday morning. They caught up with him behind the 7-Eleven, still naked. McCloski explained to officers he was “protesting drug dealers in the area” as the reason he was nude. He refused all medical treatment from EMS, and admitted to taking a “white powder” earlier in the morning, which he believed to be meth.

McDUI: Troy White passed out behind the wheel in drive-thru with two loaded handguns
Police found 56-year-old Troy White asleep in his vehicle at McDonald’s drive-thru at 1:30 a.m. Sunday. He initially seemed unconscious but slowly acknowledged people were around, but could not follow simple commands. Police say he reeked of alcohol, and he stated he had been drinking at a nearby bar where he had “four bottles of beer.” He performed poorly on field sobriety tests, and during a search of his vehicle incident to arrest, two loaded handguns were found around his seat, once under it, and the other next to the center console.
Devordrick Prewitt charged in McDonald’s drive-thru disturbance
31-year-old Devordrick Prewitt was standing outside his vehicle in the drive-thru lane of a Mcdonald’s when police arrived Sunday. He was yelling at an employee through the window and banging on the glass. He refused to leave and spit on the window in anger. He refused to stop or leave the property and was taken into custody by police.
21-year-old says he “might have had an attraction to minor boys in the past” — Jacob Nipper found with videos
21-year-old Jacob Nipper (AKA Jake King) is free on a $10,000 bond, via Smiley’s Bail Bonding, after police located over 100 sexual images and videos of minor boys, some as young as toddlers, in his online storage accounts. He admitted to watching the videos approximately once per week, and when asked if he had an attraction to minor boys, he told a detective that he didn’t anymore, however, he might have in the past. McDonald’s Manager admits to stealing over 13K from deposits & fake employee payroll — Kelly Harris
55-year-old Kelly Harris is charged with the felony theft of over $13,000 from McDonald’s. As a salaried manager at the Donelson Pike location, court records allege she took money from the nightly cash deposits, added extra hours to her daughter’s paychecks, and paid hours in the name of a terminated employee to a payroll card which she was in possession of. Harris confessed during an interview.

29-year-old Kiara Littlejohn was charged with vandalism and domestic assault after police say she threw a remote at her child’s father’s TV and cracked it during an argument, then after she was arrested and released she showed up at his job, yelled at him, and punched him in the face twice.

23-year-old Roberto Cerda was charged with disorderly conduct, two counts of vandalism, and evading arrest after he attempted to smash a McDonald’s window with a rock while police ordered him to stop.

34-year-old Michelle Northcutt was charged with her second DUI when she backed her vehicle into someone else’s in a McDonald’s parking lot with her 15-month-old daughter was in the car and later admitted to police that she took Xanax and smoked marijuana.

28-year-old Kedan Desvignes was charged with assault, evading arrest, and contraband in a penal facility after he allegedly open hand slapped his girlfriend in the mouth and busted her lip for telling him to shut up and then ran from police.

50-year-old Nashville Lawyer Benjamin Ashley Hodges was found in a South Nashville drive-thru just after 2:30 a.m. Wednesday morning, according to police. He was reportedly in a Toyota Yaris, hanging out of the driver’s side window yelling at the vehicle behind him in line. He would eventually blow a .226 on a breath test.

22-year Calvin Courter is held in a Nashville jail in lieu of a $50,000 bond, charged with aggravated assault. Police say he sucker punched a man at the downtown McDonald’s, kicked him while on the ground, rendering him unconscious, then continued to stomp on his head as people yelled ‘stop kicking him’ – as the victim laid on the ground, bleeding from his head, causing a skull fracture and brain hemorrhage.
