In November, 32-year-old Nossi Adriana Lamb arrived at the home of her ex-boyfriend, Andrew Muller, with movers to gather some of her belonging. At some point during the morning, he discovered Nossi and the movers in the basement where he keeps his recording equipment and told them to leave the basement as they had no business down there. After they left, he discovered a printer and external hard drives had been stolen. He provided the police with receipts for the items. A conversation with Nossi’s father revealed she had taken the hard drives, and he claimed they would be returned after her “intellectual property” was removed from the drives. After she never returned the drives, a warrant was issued for her arrest.

81-year-old Luther Brooks caught with hand down child’s pants, says depression made him do it
81-year-old Luther Wayne Brooks of the AVIVA Maybelle Carter Senior Living Center was at a residence on January 5th where a young child was present. The child’s mother noticed it was unusually quiet in the room where Brooks and the child were, and she went to check on them. As she entered the room, she observed Luther sitting in a chair and the child standing between his legs, facing outward. Luther’s hand was inside and down the front of the child’s pants, and he was moving his hand around while bouncing the child up and down. As the mother immediately confronted him, Luther stated, “You caught me!” During a recorded phone call with the child’s father and detectives, Luter stated he “was not talking about it” when asked about the situation. He further stated that his depression was to blame, it had gotten worse, and he needed the release.
Jaime Lyons charged in brutal assault of girlfriend
Metro Nashville Police met with Rose Suttle, who presented with multiple bruises on her face and arms and stated she was beaten by her now ex-boyfriend, 47-year-old Jaime Lyons. She states she went into her living room, and the next thing she remembers, she was waking up and being dragged down her hallway by Lyons. She says she made multiple attempts to escape, and all were met with her being slammed into walls throughout the home. Lyons was charged with domestic assault with bodily injury and is free on a $10,000 bond.
Tiffany Williams charged after busting girlfriend’s nose; breaking vases and pots in rage
31-year-old Tiffany Marie Williams is charged with the assault of her girlfriend, Rebecca Page-Dolnick. Officers arrived at their Walton Lane residence to find Rebecca bleeding from the bridge of her busted nose and an assortment of broken pots and vases. The victim says the couple had an argument when Williams suddenly attacked her. She attempted to defend herself, but not before she was punched in the nose. Williams admits they were in an argument but states she had been drinking and wasn’t sure of many details.
Police: Man raised his head to watch oncoming train before it ran over him Friday in Madison
Metro Nashville Police say a 43-year-old man appears to have committed suicide Friday morning as he was struck and killed by a train near the Nesbitt Lane Crossing in Madison at approximately 1:15 a.m. Detectives interviewed the train crew and reviewed footage from the train’s forward-facing camera. The footage shows the man lying on the tracks alone, and he is seen raising his head to watch the oncoming train before laying back down on the tracks as the train approaches him. Police say his body did not have any other obvious injuries other than those consistent with having been run over by a train.
Genesis Gillenwaters charged with child abuse after concealing her son was raped by a family member
Metro Nashville Police say that during an interview with 23-year-old Genesis Gillenwaters, she confessed to knowing that her six-year-old son had been raped by a family member for approximately three weeks before the child made a disclosure about it to authorities. She stated she was “handing it through the family” and was getting both the child and the offender counseling instead of getting the police involved. She also stated she was aware that the offender still had access to and had been around the child even after she knew about the rape. She is charged with child abuse for allowing the child to continue to be around the perpetrator after the rape, and with failure to report child abuse.
Ruth Beltran charged with ripping up her husband’s passport during an argument
Police responded to Rothwood Ave after Marcos Martinez contacted police to report his wife, 33-year-old Ruth Beltran, took his passport from their vehicle and ripped it up before tossing the remaining pieces into a dumpster. Marcos says the two were in an argument about her cheating on him. She had fled the scene before offices arrived and a warrant for her arrest was issued, charging her with vandalism. She was booked on the charge the following day.
Measia Lasha Johnson brandishes handgun & pours Kool-Aid in gas tank of party bus in downtown Nashville
Police say 28-year-old Measia Lasha Johnson entered a downtown Nashville stripper party bus on May 20th near the intersection of 1st Ave S. & Broadway, brandishing a handgun and threatening to shoot. She used the pistol to bust out a TV screen at the front of the strip club on wheels and then exited the bus, firing a live round into the air. She then took a bottle of Kool-Aid and poured it into the gas tank of the party bus. One witness states they overheard the male victim tell Johnsonson “give me back my gun”. One person reports hearing a gunshot, but most witnesses would not confirm hearing it. The three victims of the aggravated assault with a deadly weapon are identified as Keia Lopez, William Miller, and Ednia Sharks (diadadoll).
Mechanic shoots customer who pulled an “assault-style” rifle on him, upset over his work — Tony Hutcherson & Stevarius Midgett
19-year-old Stevarius Midgett was upset over the work 29-year-old Tony Hutcherson had completed on his Honda sedan. When he showed up at his Gallatin Pike repair shop on Saturday he pulled an “assault-style rifle” to intimidate the man, according to police, but didn’t fire it. As he returned to his car to leave, Hutcherson, who is a convicted felon, pulled a handgun from his waistband and fired into his car, striking the customer in his torso. Both men were jailed.
Matthew Hall replaced expensive Best Buy orders with cheaper items during deliveries
24-year-old Matthew Hall was jailed this week on two outstanding warrants stemming from his work as a Roadie delivery driver for Best Buy. An investigation showed that on multiple occasions he pick up an expensive item at Best Buy for delivery to a customer, but replace it with a much cheaper item, which was delivered to the customer’s home. One of the customers received a Walmart alarm clock instead of the Samos Speakers Hall had been entrusted with, while another ordered a $700 Google Pixel phone and received a $20 Nintendo Switch adapter. During the investigation, he implicated himself in the thefts by stating “Well, what if I know what happened to the phone, what’s the best way to handle the situation?”
Employees charged with stealing tires from Dunlap & Kyle Tire— Bryan Hagenbuch & Zachary Orr
24-year-old Bryan Hagenbuch & 30-year-old Zachary Orr are both charged in a plot to steal from their employer, Dunlap & Kyle Tire Company. Management became aware of the thefts of approximately 100 tires when they noticed the pair were loading tires into their personal vehicles to take them to resell, after removing them from the company’s inventory system. Management was able to obtain an audio recording of Orr confessing to stealing tires for “approximately two months”. While the investigation is ongoing, the current estimated loss is at least $5,000. A third person is mentioned in the investigation but had not been charged at the time of publication.
Amber Coe charged with slashing tires and shooting through front door of Ayonna Brown’s home
19-year-old Amber Coe is charged with felony aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and vandalism after reportedly slashing the tires of Ayonna Brown and then approaching her front door with a handgun. She then shot through the front door as the victim hid in a nearby closet after she observed her through the peephole. The bullet traveled through the front door and through two interior walls of the apartment.
#SWAT: Chayston Taylor surrenders after pulling multiple guns on mother and her boyfriend
18-year-old Chayston Taylor surrendered to Metro Nashville SWAT Team negotiators Friday after pulling both a .357 pistol and his grandfather’s 16-gauge shotgun on his mother, Sharika Taylor, and her boyfriend, Phillip Hamilton. He reportedly told her she was going to die and he was going to “blow her brains out”. When Hamilton stated “never point a gun at your momma”, Chayston told him he had 5 rounds and he was going to fire them. Once Taylor barricaded himself in a bedroom and police resources arrived on-scene, the two victims were able to escape the home.
Nashville Police charge Morgan Gray with prostitution & illegal handgun possession during West End sting operation
Nashville police conducted a sting operation this week, placing ads online and meeting respondents at a hotel near Elliston Place & 24th Ave North. 26-year-old Morgan Gray responded to one of the ads and agreed to have sex with an undercover detective in exchange for $400. Once she arrived and accepted the payment she was taken into custody. During a search incident to arrest, officers located a handgun in her purse, and it was discovered she was a convicted Utah felon.
75-year-old admits to destroying neighbor’s Ring doorbell camera with her cane— Linda Jones
75-year-old Linda Jones, who carries a homemade shield crafted from the same aluminum foil that lines the interior of her car, was jailed Thursday after she failed to appear on a citation charging her with vandalism. She believes that voices, which were reported at different times to be the voice of the property manager or the Nashville Chief of Police, had told her to destroy her neighbor’s ring doorbell, and at a later time, to kill them. She succeeded in destroying the Ring video doorbell camera, admitting to police she used her cane.
Kinoshia Taylor charged in assault of woman at bar who no longer wanted to be friends
Police arrived at Ponobe’s Party Bar & Grille in response to a fight call and found Danyell Taylor “crying and in obvious distress” – she was bleeding from her hand and her head was red and swollen. She later detailed that 23-year-Kinoshia Taylor was the person who assaulted her with her fists after Danyell told Kinoshia she no longer wanted to be friends.
Ryan Stone goes into a brutal “fit of rage” when PlayStation 5 is unplugged by girlfriend
24-year-old Ryan Stone accused his girlfriend, Ashanti Moore, of “playing with him” when she had gone out to get contacts and her phone died. When she returned, he confronted her in their bedroom and pushed her to the floor. She then told him he had to leave the house and unplugged the HDMI and ethernet cords from his PlayStation 5, which “sent him into a fit of rage” during which he pushed her into a wall, grabbed the back of her head, pressed her face onto the floor, and struck her in the back of the head. She believes she lost consciousness during the assault.

Metro Police responded to a shots-fired call on Briarwick Drive on February 17th, during which 20-year-old Zakeri Greer had threatened his child’s mother, Jasmine Howse, then allegedly drove by her home and fired a gun. As police were taking her report, Greer texted the victim, stating he was heading back over, and this time he was bringing his AK-47, placing her in imminent fear of her life.
39-year-old charged with assault of mother when told to quiet down — Kenyatta Brown
Police say 39-year-old Kenyatta Brown slapped her mother in the face and pushed her to the ground when her mother, Gladys Wills, came to her room and asked her to “keep it down” as she was reportedly talking loudly on the phone. Her mother suffered an injury to her elbow from the assault.
Teen jailed after kicking father when told to keep the noise down — Kaden Shepherd
18-year-old Kaden Shepherd was booked into the Metro Nasvhille Jail after his father, Shawn Shepherd, called police to report his son had “attacked him after telling him to keep the noise down”. Kaden had already fled the scene when officers arrived but his father explained he was trying to sleep and his son was on Zoom with several other teams and was being so loud that he could hear him in the other room. When he told him to keep it down, Kaden reportedly told him it was none of his business before eventually kicking his father in the shin several times.
Woman stands up from toilet, punches husband in face, breaks glasses, per report — Tammy Sullivan
52-year-old Tammy Sullivan is charged with domestic assault after her husband, Kevin Sullivan, says she “stood up from the toilet and punched him in the eye”, breaking his glasses. The couple was reportedly in an argument and Tammy wanted to leave with some friends after she had been drinking and Kevin attempted to take her phone when the assault occurred.
Man spends birthday in jail after assaulting his mother in Madison — Vanell Coble
Vanell Coble spent his 26th birthday in the Metro Nashville Jail this week, as he was arrested two days prior after his mother says he knocked on her door and once she opened it, he grabbed her by the shirt and pushed her backward ten feet into the apartment, resulting in a scratch to her forehead.
Coble’s bond is set at $1,000, and there’s a hold on his release from Smyrna Police due to multiple outstanding probation and failure to appear warrants.
Employee leaves gun in planter outside Nissan stadium during Titans Game — Jaquilla Fitts
36-year-old Jaquilla Fitts says she left her gun in a planter outside the gates of Nissan Stadium while she went inside to work during the Titan’s game on January 2nd. Police were alerted to the presence of the gun, and after a short investigation traced it to the employee. When questioned, Fitts explained she had taken a shuttle to work and still had the gun on her, so she had nowhere else to store it, as she could not get through security with the firearm.
A records check showed the gun as reported stolen. She was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail, charged with theft of a firearm, and being a felon in possession of a firearm. A commissioner set a $10,000 bond, however, she was free on pre-trial release.
Resident chases group home manager with samurai sword in argument over medication — Rogello Trevino
47-year-old Rogelio Trevino is charged with vandalism and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon after police say he chased a group home manager out of the residence and around a vehicle several times while threatening him with a samurai sword. The chase ended when Trevino tired out of the chase.
The victim, Jeffery Starnes, told police the argument started after Trevino was not taking his medication properly and he confronted him about the issue. A door to the group home was damaged during the chase.
Mother charged with broom assault, upset daughter gave money to ‘some man she was seeing’ — Cordelia Faye Williams
67-year-old Cordelia Faye Williams is charged with the domestic assault of her daughter, Amanda Lou Fowler, after reportedly assaulting her daughter with a boom. Court records allege Willaims was upset that her daughter was giving away her money to “some man she has been seeing” and assaulted her with a broom while she was sweeping the hallway. Police documented injuries on the victim’s left hand and transported Williams to the Metro Nashville Jail, where she was charged with domestic assault with bodily injury. She remains jailed in lieu of a $1,500 bond as of Christmas morning.
