Mt. Juliet man charged after being drunk & disorderly in downtown Nashville — Justin Lopez

Metro Police say they were dealing with a separate incident at 310 Broadway in downtown Nashville when 29-year-old Justin Lopez inserted himself into the situation and became incredibly agitated and became aggressive toward one of the involved parties. Police attempted to stop him as he aggressively approached them, but he tried to force his way past officers. That’s when they realized how extremely intoxicated he was, and took Lopez into custody.

Local man climbs atop Nashville Symphony fountain, lets it all hang out and flow — Kyle Colella arrested

24-year-old Kyle Colella is charged with indecent exposure and public intoxication after Metro Nashville Police say he climbed atop the extravagant fountain outside the Nashville Symphony in downtown Nashville, exposed himself, and began urinating into the fountain. An off-duty officer working security detained and he was transported to booking, deemed too intoxicated to care for himself. He is free on pre-trial release.

Woman charged after tossing drink on bouncer at Nudie’s Honky Tonk — Karla Diaz arrested

24-year-old Karla Diaz, of Nashville, was kicked out of Nudie’s Honky Tonk in downtown Nashville early Sunday morning and escorted out of the building by security. The unhappy patron then attempted to go back inside and was stopped by the bouncer at which time she threw a drink on him, and grabbed his vest with both hands. He stopped her before she could continue the assault, and placed her into custody while waiting for police to arrive. She was charged with assault and is free on pre-trial release.

Man charged with public intoxication after his friend calls police to check on him, gives his location — Blake Bevans

Police say a friend of 24-year old Blake West Bevans called them to say their friend was extremely intoxicated and should be checked on, giving them his location on Blakemore Ave. Police say he was walking into traffic and resisted arrest, and refused medical treatment, so they were left with no choice but to book him into jail for public intoxication.
