Landon Myers floored after fight at Legends Corner, charged with cocaine possession & drunkenness

Metro Nashville Police working the Entertainment District Initiative in downtown Nashville encountered 24-year-old Landon Myers of Rome City, Indiana, who had been in a fight with another patron at Legends Corner. When officers arrived, Myers was on the floor of the venue and had dropped his wallet, which had his ID visible from the outside front sleeve. In it, officers also observed a baggie that is believed to be cocaine. After being evaluated, Myers refused any further medical treatment and left the EMS vehicle. He showed signs of being extremely intoxicated and was taken into custody for public intoxication and drug possession.

Nathan Taylor too drunk for downtown Nashville

Metro Nashville Police Officers working the Entertainment District Initiative in downtown Nashville Friday night say 28-year-old Nathan Allen Taylor fell on the sidewalk in front of Legends Corner on Broadway and required a medical response from Nashville Fire. Once he was assisted by medics, Taylor declined transport to a local hospital to sober up and be further evaluated. He was unable to be left alone on the sidewalk, and he was unable to walk due to his level of intoxication and was an unreasonable annoyance to other citizens in the vicinity. Taylor was transported to booking and charged with public intoxication.

Jason O’Brian deemed “too drunk for downtown Nashville”

Metro Nashville Police responded to Legends Corner at 428 Broadway for a disorderly person call on Saturday, where they found 43-year-old Jason O’Brian. They say he was so intoxicated he could not stand up straight, and when they told him this fact, he stated, “I am standing up straight!” — but he was not. When asked if he had someone who could care for him or come get him, he said “yes” but refused to provide any further information or point them out. Due to his extreme level of intoxication, he was transported to booking.

Kicked out of bar, tourist kicks at police car on his way to jail — Thomas Burns

Nashville Police say 47-year-old tourist Thomas Burns refused to leave Legends Corner bar on Broadway in downtown Nashville early Saturday evening after being bounced from the establishment. Officers say he was having trouble standing on his own and was acting erratically due to his extreme level of intoxication. As they were placing him into custody for public intoxication he began to kick at the patrol car in an attempt to avoid apprehension. He was placed in hobble restraints and transported to booking.
