Bradford Millham forces wrong car off interstate in road rage incident on I-24

Police say 63-year-old Bradford Millham was driving on I-24 when he forced a BMW, driven by Rilei Hill, off the road toward an embankment and then blocked her from getting back onto the interstate, causing her to be in fear for her life. Officers arrived, and Millham stated a vehicle had struck his vehicle on the left rear side, and when he looked up, the only vehicle in his sight was the victims. The white paint transfer on his vehicle did not match the dark color of the victim’s BMW. In his road rage, Millham had identified the wrong car and forced an innocent victim off the roadway with his car. He was charged with felony aggravated assault with a vehicle (reckless endangerment) and transported to booking.

Savannah Reynolds charged with DUI in Nashville after crashing into utility pole

Metro Nashville Police say 24-year-old tattoo artist Savannah Reynolds ran her vehicle into a utility pole on the sidewalk of 4th Ave. S. in the early hours of Sunday morning. When asked what happened, she had several versions of events, such as she was in an argument with her boyfriend, another version where she had just left a bar, and another where she was visiting a friend’s house. Officers say she performed poorly on field sobriety tests and eventually blew a 0.216% BAC on a breathalyzer.

DA Glenn Funk is prosecuting Tara Basham with felony burglary after $250 Walmart theft

Metro Police say 41-year-old Tara Michelle Basham entered the Walmart on Hamilton Church Road and filled a cart with items on which she replaced the original barcode with printed 0.67 cent barcodes. She then used the self-checkout to scan and pay based on the much 0.67 cents per item. The retail cost of the items would have been $256.82, according to AmandaSims with Walmart loss prevention. Loss prevention initially detained Basham and notified the police, but since they did not respond in a timely manner (it was over 2 hours before officers arrived after the initial call for police assistance), they had already released her when officers arrived. It was discovered that Basham had been banned from Walmart for life in May of 2020 and again in December of 2020, so the officer obtained a warrant for felony burglary. She was booked on that warrant this week.

Man charged after sitting outside woman’s work; touching her when she refused him — Victor Abbot

44-year-old Victor Abbott is charged with harassment and assault after a woman says he came into her workplace and caressed her arms on two separate occasions – once after she refused to give him her phone number, and again after she moved aside to avoid his attempts to touch her. She was offended and frightened. He would also sit outside her workplace on at least six separate occasions.

DUI: Man found with tequila, and a handgun in his pink handbag — Marvin Drew arrested

When police pulled him over for a traffic stop, an officer noticed a nearly empty bottle of Adictivo Tequila in the vehicle of 36-year-old Marvin Drew, and a 9mm handgun magazine in his lap. When asked where his gun was located, Drew pointed to his pink handbag, which is where officers retrieved a Taurus G2c and several rounds of ammo.

Drew was charged with DUI, open container, possession of a weapon under the influence, and violation of the implied consent law. He is free on pre-trial release.

Man pulls gun on half-brother’s cousin after funeral gathering — Quinton Gaines

22-year-old Quinton Gaines was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on an outstanding warrant charging him with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Court records show that in September he approached Randall Roach after a family member’s funeral, upset that Roach had spoken to his 17-year-old half-brother about “life decisions” at a gathering after the burial. He allegedly went to Roach’s home, asked him to come outside, then threatened to kill him while holding a gun. Gaines was later identified from a lineup and a warrant was issued for his arrest. He is free on a $10,000 bond.
