Nurse Jazmine Russell leaves boyfriend with injuries after domestic assault

29-year-old Jazmine Nicole Russell is charged with domestic assault with bodily injury of her boyfriend of two years, Seth Larson, after a neighbor called police about the commotion coming from their apartment. Police separated both parties, and Seth explained he was in bed and Jazmine was in the living room when she went through her phone and became upset, accusing him of lying. She then began to strike his back and neck, leaving visible injuries. Jazmine told police she only grabbed him to keep him from walking away when she talked to him. Though Seth did dot not want to prosecute, due to the injuries and the domestic relationship, Jazmine was determined to be the primary aggressor and taken into custody.

Metro Nashville Police received multiple calls about a man running on the interstate and in front of semi-trucks traveling at full speed. Officers arrived to find 23-year-old Colby Daugherty, who explained he had just left the Kevin Gates concert and was “walking back to a friend’s house,” but when asked for the address, he responded, “I have no idea!” Daughtery refused all medical treatment and was visibly intoxicated and unable to care for himself. He was transported to booking and charged with public intoxication.

Mitchell Webb charged with DUI after crashing into traffic cones when leaving Broadway

Just after 2 a.m. Wednesday, Metro Nashville Police officers responded to Rosa L. Parks Blvd & Church St where a vehicle driven by 27-year-old Mitchell Webb was reportedly crashing into traffic cones. Officers arrived to find Webb out of his vehicle and with the construction crew. He stated he was coming from Broadway. He performed poorly on field sobriety tests that he completed, as they were stopped due to his level of intoxication. He only admitted to drinking “coke”, and would not answer any questions about his alcohol intake, and refused all other tests. He was transported to booking and charged with DUI.

Drunk tourist Joel Weisberger arrested while getting a courtesy ride in patrol car to his hotel

Metro Nashville Police were involved with an unrelated call in downtown Nashville in the early hours of Friday morning when they were flagged down and directed to 37-year-old Joel Weisberger, who was becoming aggressive toward other citizens. Officers observed him to be extremely intoxicated and yelling at other patrons for no reason as they made contact with him. Weisberger had two friends with him who were attempting to get him back to the hotel, and they got him in the patrol car so the officer could drive him there. Along the way, he began to yell and scream and hit the interior door of the police cruiser in an attempt to get out while it was moving. Due to his continued drunkenness and behavior, he was placed into custody and transported to booking.

23-year-old Dalen Willis-Sharpe was charged with public intoxication in downtown Nashville after security from 5th & Broadway flagged down Metro Nashville Police Officers stating that Willis-Sharpe was becoming aggressive. Officers made contact with Willis-Sharpe and found him unsteady on his feet and with a strong odor of alcohol coming from him. Due to his level of intoxication and inability to care for himself, he was transported to booking.

Officers observed Knight to be heavily intoxicated and with slurred speech when he spoke to them. Metro Police responded to the Capitol Hotel in downtown Nashville early Monday morning after 31-year-old Jaime Idrovo was in some sort of disturbance with another guest. Due to all of the commotion in the middle of the night, hotel management asked Idrovo to leave the hotel, but he refused, stating he was going back to sleep. After management asked him a second time, with police present, and he still refused, he was charged with criminal trespass and disorderly conduct, and transported to booking.

28-year-old Bryce Barlow now faces 3 felony charges after he arrived at the Grand Hyatt Nashville hotel Tuesday heavily intoxicated and telling staff members precisely what they could suck, then taking out his weapon and threatening to shoot them. Metro Nasvhille Police charged 19-year-old Fort Campbell soldier Brodie Harris with underage consumption of alcohol, public intoxication, and disorderly conduct Saturday night as he was involved in a large brawl on Broadway in downtown Nashville. Harris was observed attempting to punch another person, was ordered to stop, but he continued to attempt to strike the other person, ignoring the commands of officers.
