Police say 32-year-old Aaron J. McCray was drunk at the Tennessee State Museum on January 3. He told responding officers he had ” a lot” to drink and was falling asleep while talking, unable to provide his address, how he arrived at the museum, or even where he was at. He was unable to contact anyone to retrieve him and was charged with public intoxication. Officers destroyed the two cans of beer and three vodka mini-bottles in his backpack before transporting him to booking.

DUI: Neil Maclean charged after driving erratically in front of THP Trooper in Nashville
Trooper Justin Johnson says he observed 27-year-old Neil Maclean driving erratically, crossing over lines, and nearly striking a concrete dividing barrier. During a traffic stop on the vehicle, Maclean was reportedly intoxicated and smelled of alcohol. He performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was charged with DUI.

36-year-old Frank ‘Frankie’ Messinger Jr. was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail over the holiday weekend after he was doing 70 mph in a 55 mph zone on I-40 while passing a state trooper. After he was pulled over he admitted to drinking ‘several beers’ prior to driving, and performed poorly on field sobriety tests. He was previously convicted of DUI in 2016, so he was charged with DUI 2nd and transported to booking. He is free on pre-trial release.
Nashville man charged with DUI on Ellington Parkway — Jonas Bare arrested
48-year-old Jonas Bare is free on a $2,500 bond after a State Trooper pulled him over early Sunday morning on Ellington Parkway after observing him driving erratically and crossing the center line multiple times in a white SUV. He reportedly reeked of alcohol and performed poorly on field sobriety tests. Bare is charged with DUI.
