19-year-old Walt Scarborough was drinking an alcoholic beverage on the sidewalk in front of Kid Rock’s Bar in downtown Nashville in the early hours of Sunday morning. When officers approached and informed he he could only drink inside, Scarborough became confrontational and “stepped up” to officers.” They verified his ID was fake, and he was actually only 19-years-old, as he was carrying his actual ID on him, too. He was taken into custody and charged with public intoxication.

Florida man Nathaniel D’amico found wandering Broadway with broken teeth at sunrise

28-year-old Nathaniel Elias Damico was found standing in the middle of Broadway in downtown Nashville in the early daylight hours of Saturday morning, looking distraught and intoxicated. As officers stopped to check on his welfare, he approached them and stated he wanted to make a report of an assault. As they collected his ID for the report, they quickly realized he was the same person who had called 911 earlier to report his “teeth were broken,” requesting medical assistance. Nashville Fire Department medics responded to the scene, but when they arrived, Damico refused all treatment or transport. He changed the description of the suspect, who he claims assaulted him multiple times while telling the story to officers. After the report was completed, Damico remained very intoxicated and was unable to arrange a ride home nor confirm he even knew how to get home. Unable to leave him in his current state, he was transported to booking and charged with public intoxication.

DUI: Nicholas Giallombardo hits man with car, says “the crackhead walked in front of me”

36-year-old Florida Man Nicholas Giallombardo left Hooters just after 9 p.m. on November 22nd and hit a man which his vehicle as he approached a nearby stop sign. Police arrived to find the victim on the ground yelling at the driver. Giallombardo told police, “the crackhead walked out in front of me!” Officers noted that two of Giallombardo’s tires were on the pavement, while the other two were located off the pavement and into a drainage ditch. Officers report he was visibly intoxicated and smelled of alcohol. Giallombardo admitted to drinking two shots and “some beers” within the hour prior to driving. He was taken into custody and charged with DUI.

Florida Man Rasheed Knight shoves cop while interfering with an investigation downtown

Metro Nashville Police were responding to a fight at Ole Red on Broadway in downtown Nashville and had detained one of the involved parties. Suddenly, 34-year-old Rasheed Knight walked and inserted himself into the situation and attempted to pull the involved party away from police and out of the venue. Officers explained they had to collect some information from the other party, and Knight then shoved Officer Butler with both hands while swearing and shouting. Knight was quickly taken into custody and transported to booking.

Florida man charged with assault of ex-wife inside Nashville hotel — Bradley Olsen

Metro Nashville Police responded to the Hampton Inn at Opryland on August 27th after someone called to report a man actively assaulting who was believed to be his wife and strangling her. When officers arrived, 56-year-old Bradley Keith Olsen had already fled the scene. The victim, Sacha Ross, stated she was in town looking at houses in order to move from Florida to Tennessee and had invited her ex-husband, Olsen, over for the weekend to see if things could be rekindled between them. It wasn’t long before that question was answered as an argument started in the bathroom over who would take her dog out. She says he assaulted her multiple time and then beat her with an iPad as she moved to the bed. Eventually, she says he pushed her against a wall and lifted her up by her neck, causing her problems breathing. Officers spoke with Olson via the phone, and he refused to return to the hotel and stated he might just keep her dog. He was eventually booked into custody on September 3rd.

Drunk Florida Man Shawn Daniels assaults juvenile on Broadway in downtown Nashville

46-year-old Shawn Daniels stumbled out of a bar and onto the curb of Broadway in downtown Nashville Friday night and braced himself against a vehicle on the street. Inside the car was two individuals, one of them a 16-year-old male. They yelled for the man to get off the vehicle, and words were exchanged, which resulted in Daniels reaching through the window, striking the juvenile in the face, and pulling him by the shirt. As the two individuals in the car were exiting to confront the man, Metro Nashville Police Officers observed and intervened, placing Daniels under arrest. He admitted to being intoxicated during the assault.

Florida Man charged with DUI on way to a concert in Nashville — Stephen Reck arrested

38-year-old Stephen Reck had a flat tire and pulled onto the side of the interstate — and a short time later a TDOT assistance vehicle arrived to help the stranded motorist. While helping the citizen, the TDOT employee noticed Reck was visibly intoxicated and notified police. Reck told responding officers he was on his way to a concert and admitted to drinking prior to driving. He would later blow a 0.234% BAC on a breathalyzer.

Metro Nashville Police say 36-year-old Jared Carroll was at the Morgan Wallen Concert at Bridgestone Arena and was trying to access the floor area of the concert, for which he did not have access tickets. After he attempted to bypass a barrier, security asked him to leave the concert. He took a fighting stance and attempted to escalate the situation, and was removed and trespassed from the property. Moments later, he attempted to re-gain entry to the venue and was taken into police custody.

22-year-old Michael Diaz was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail this week after he was involved in a fight on the rooftop of Nudie’s Honky Tonk in downtown Nashville. Security attempted to break up the fight, and Dian reportedly grabbed onto the outer carry vest worn by the security guard, Charles Farris, then punched him in the face and broke his glasses.

He was additionally charged with resisting arrest after he pulled his hands and arms away from being cuffed, and it took multiplied MNPD officers to subdue him into custody. Bennett is free on pre-trial release.

Former MNPD Cop, now Florida Man, charged after smashing adult daughter’s phone, twice — Ryan Sledge

49-year-old Ryan Sledge, a former MNPD Officer who now lives in Florida, found himself in a Nashville Jail Tuesday morning after what was described as a “domestic disturbance” at Jonathan’s Grille which began late Monday night. Witnesses report observing Sledge smash his daughter’s phone on the ground twice after an altercation. Sledge admitted the phone was initially in his daughter’s hand, and he pushed the phone, but would not elaborate more than that. Woman assaulted by Florida tourist in reported rape attempt; He’s jailed for 153 minutes before pre-trial release — Patrick Schiebel

As a young woman walked alone in Midtown late Monday evening, she says a man began to “cat all” her, and as she continued past him she says he firmly grabbed her arm. As she began to fight back, he reportedly told her he was going to rape her. She was able to break away from the man, identified as 30-year-old Patrick Schiebel, and flee to a nearby apartment building with a visible concierge who let her inside and called 911. Metro Nashville Police officers located the man but refused to charge him themselves since they didn’t witness it. MNPD escorted the victim to night court, where a magistrate signed a simple assault private prosecution warrant. The tourist was jailed for 153 minutes before being given pre-trial release and set free, despite a magistrate setting his bond at $10,000.
