Man admits to inflating price of LSD for “drunk college girls” after being found with 20 hits of acid

25-year-old Dallas Lee Burke is held on a $54,500 bond after he crashed his vehicle and inside officers found 20 hits of acid (LSD), empty and full beer cans, and marijuana. Burke admitted to selling hits of acid, but not making it, though officers noted a unique tattoo on his arm, which he disclosed was the “scientific formula for acid”, according to an affidavit.

Airplane pilot charged with DUI after taking drugs and rolling vehicle with a revoked driver’s license

43-year-old Mark Scott Bornemann is charged with DUI after police found him inside his crashed vehicle, which landed on its side after a collision on Briley Parkway on March 16th. 40-year-old Jennifer Lichty posted in the #HipHermitage Facebook group late Sunday evening looking for someone to go out and have dinner with. She says she ended up going to Cinco De Mayo alone, and police say they later found her afterward when she rammed a moving vehicle in her apartment complex and blew a 0.285 BAC, more than three times the legal limit. Lichty was already out on #PreTrialRelease after she was found passed out behind the wheel with a bottle of rum on January 26, when she blew a 0.263 BAC.

Nashville Police charge cuffed man with vandalism after he urinates in back of patrol car

Metro Nashville Police have charged Joseph ‘Joey’ Windler, the 29-year-old owner of Rukus Cycling Nashville, with vandalism after they cuffed him in the rear of a patrol car during a DUI arrest, and they say he urinated on the seat, traffic cones, and plexiglass divider of the cage. The officer notes it’s not his normal job duty to clean urine and it takes away from his duty as a Patrol Sergeant, thereby costing the city money, and constituting vandalism as there is a monetary loss.
