26-year-old soldier Tyler Rakar was kicked out of Whiskey Row late Friday night in downtown Nashville. After being removed, an officer met him outside and attempted to get him a ride home due to his extreme level of intoxication. As he pretended to call for a ride on his cell phone, he moved away from officers and attempted to re-enter Whisky Row by forcing his way through the exit doors. Rakar began to plead and cry not to be arrested and was staggering when attempting to stand. He was taken into custody and charged with public intoxication.

Timothy Givens charged with DUI after South Nashville crash
19-year-old Timothy Givens crashed his Chevy Cruze near I-24E & Harding Place early Sunday morning. When officers arrived, they noticed he was swaying as they spoke to him, and he reportedly reeked of alcohol. He blew a 0.135% BAC on a breathalyzer and was charged with DUI.
DUI: Soldier Joshua Dagrin casually walks away from crashed car after injuring woman
26-year-old Fort Campbell soldier Joshua Dagrin, who was recently named the ‘Iron Warrior of the Week’ of the Rakkasans, crashed his vehicle into another vehicle at 17th and Broadway in the early hours of Saturday morning and casually walked away from the scene. The injured driver of the other vehicle stated she watched Dagrin walk away from the accident, and Dagrin’s passenger, Danielle Caron, confirmed that Dagrin was the driver. He was located up the street and admitted he drank “a couple of beers” before driving. He performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was transported to booking.
Fort Campbell’s Christopher Jones arrested after drunken traffic cone rage in downtown Nashville
Metro Nashville Police Officers working the Entertainment District Initiative in downtown Nashville encountered 32-year-old Christopher Benjamin Jones of Fort Campbell, KY, near 1st & Broadway. Officers watched Jones as he was in a “highly agitated state” while talking on the phone with his wife. They watched as he kicked a traffic cone across three lanes of traffic, with approximately twenty pedestrians nearby. He refused to listen to officers and admitted to drinking. Due to his highly intoxicated state, he was taken into custody and charged with public intoxication.
Soldier Maxim Donaher too drunk to drive, a friend took his keys, so he punched the friend & his car
25-year-old U.S. Army Soldier Maxim Donaher was drinking at the Red Door Saloon on Division Street and became so intoxicated that his friend who worked there took his car keys from him. Near the end of the evening, Donaher demand his keys to leave the bar, and the friend urged him to check into the hotel next door as he was not sober enough to drive. When he realized his friend was not going to return his keys, he went outside and began punching the friend’s car. The friend attempted to restrain him, and a fight ensued, but Donaher was eventually restrained until police arrived. The friend didn’t want to prosecute for the assault or the vandalism, but did want him removed from the bar. Officers asked the soldier to take an Uber or get a hotel room, both of which were refused. An arrest warrant states “he told the responding officers to just take him to jail and we obliged.”
DeQuenthney McGregor tased by bouncers after Broadway Brawl in downtown Nashville
26-year-old DeQuenthney McGregor was jailed after an early Sunday morning Broadway Brawl in downtown Nashville. Police say there was a large group of people fighting on the sidewalk in front of Nudie’s Honky tonk. While two women were brawling on the pavement, McGregor advised he had been tased in the back by bouncers, and still had a prong in his back which first responders removed for him, and he refused all other medical treatment.
Dakota Lowhorn punches woman in face in downtown Nashville; witnessed by MNPD
Metro Nashville Police Officer Connor Hosey says he witnessed 27-year-old Dakota Lowhorn punch a woman in the face while standing in the street just outside of Tin Roof Broadway in downtown Nashville. Officer had just been dispatched to the location for a report of two people attempting to fight and arrived as it began. Lowhorn attempted to chase after the female victim but was taken into custody and transported to booking.
Soldier Sean Puzewski was found drunk & unconscious in downtown Nashville
28-year-old Sean Puzewski was located unresponsive and heavily intoxicated in front of Bridgestone Arena in downtown Nashville in the early hours of Saturday morning. Officers working the Entertainment District Initiative arrived to assist, along with medics from the Nashville Fire Department. He was already loaded onto the medic’s cot when he came to and began to unbuckle the safety straps and then refused any and all medical assistance. Due to his level of intoxication and inability to care for himself, he was transported to booking and charged with public intoxication.
Fort Campbell Soldier Anthony Breithaupt charged in downtown Nashville brawl
21-year-old Anthony Breithaupt was involved in a large brawl in front of Nudie’s Honky Tonk in the early hours of Saturday morning on Broadway in downtown Nashville. Police responded to the fight/shots fired call to find multiple people involved in fights. Breithaupt was observed throwing several punches and injuring at least one person in the fight.
Fort Campbell Soldier Tamaricus Tanner indicted on Vehicular Homicide by Intoxication for 2021 Crash on Whites Creek Pike
26-year-old Tamaricus Tanner is jailed on a grand jury indictment charging him with vehicular homicide by intoxication, aggravated assault, and recklessness. His blood-alcohol level on the day of the crash was determined to have been above the legal limit. The charges stem from last November’s single-vehicle crash on Whites Creek Pike near Old Clarksville Pike that claimed the life of Tanner’s backseat passenger, Parker McCorvey, 26.
Austin Thompson charged in assault of Broadway bar staff after being kicked out of Whiskey Row
28-year-old Austin Thompson told officers he consumed five beers but was not “legally drunk” when they encountered him in downtown Nashville Thursday night. Thompson was being escorted out of Whiskey Row when he became combative with Samuel Shapiro, part of the bar’s staff. Thompson reportedly tried to re-enter the bar after being kicked out and punched Shapiro in the face.
DUI: Underage Ft. Campbell soldier Daunte Lalio urinates himself after trying to drive into oncoming traffic downtown
20-year-old Daunte Lalio was attempting to turn into head-on traffic on a one-way street in downtown Nashville just before 1 a.m. Sunday when a traffic officer blew his whistle, alerting him. He immediately reversed the vehicle and stopped. Officers approached the vehicle, and immediately observed him to be confused and intoxicated. He eventually admitted to being intoxicated and then urinated on himself while waiting on a blood draw at Metro General. His car was towed to the impound lot. He deleted his secondary IG account after being released from jail, which documented his underage drinking activities of the evening, but not before Scoop: Nashville archived it prior to his release.
Pantsless soldier found wandering Kenect Apartment Hallways — Victor Bassett
24-year-old Victor Bassett was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail late Saturday after police found him wearing only his underwear and a jacket while roaming around the 19th floor of the Kenect Apartments in midtown.
He told officers he “probably drank WAY too much”.

21-year-old Ft. Campbell soldier Jamie Burton was charged with public intoxication in Nashville after he started a fight with another subject and then became aggressive with Metro Police as they interveined.
