Metro Nashville Police observed 22-year-old Jack McCloski running naked through the parking lot of McDonald’s on Broadway in downtown Nashville in the early morning daylight hours of Saturday morning. They caught up with him behind the 7-Eleven, still naked. McCloski explained to officers he was “protesting drug dealers in the area” as the reason he was nude. He refused all medical treatment from EMS, and admitted to taking a “white powder” earlier in the morning, which he believed to be meth.

25-year-old Madeline Beck now makes her third appearance on Scoop: Nashville, after a video appears to show her under the influence of a mind-altering substance Saturday at a location she wasn’t allowed to be at, and after someone had to come and pick up her child as she was unable to provide appropriate care, according to court documents.
Elias Olea snorts meth, smashes angel, says he’s opening & closing gates of hell in Madison
30-year-old Elias Olea told Nashville police he snorted “a whole bunch of crystal meth” and was “opening and closing the gates of hell” after he ripped the screen off a window and smashed out three glass window panes of a home on Gibson Drive. He also destroyed the resident’s garden angel. Officers located him barefoot and clenching his shorts tightly with both hands. He is charged with vandalism and public intoxication. Olea was indicted in 2018 for a 2009 First Degree Murder case, however, in 2021, Glenn Funk’s office nolled the case.
Drunken tourist charged with vandalizing downtown hotel lobby — Adolfo Monge
27-year-old tourist Adolfo Monge, from Atlanta, is free on pre-trial release after police say he came into the Comfort Inn on Demonbreun, initially asking to charge his phone. After a confrontation between him and the front desk clerk, he ripped the credit card machine from the front desk and tossed it across the lobby, stating “Make my Day! Do you want to fight me?”.
He would eventually leave, then return to stare at the clerk, who called police a second time. He was finally taken into custody and charged with vandalism.
After cocaine & beer, man calls 911 to have a tow truck take him home. He walked to the restaurant — Timothy Odom
54-year-old Timothy Odom went to an East Nashville restaurant Wednesday and drank “a lot” of beer and snorted cocaine. He then convinced employees to call 911 for him, stating he was experiencing an emergency. Once officers arrived he explained he had stubbed his toe, and his phone wasn’t charged, both of which he believed to be genuine emergencies. He told officers what he really needed was for them to call a tow truck for him, so he could get home. Mr. Odom arrived on foot and did not have a vehicle.
Odom was charged with making a non-emergency 911 call ($50 bond), drug paraphernalia for the cut straws in his backpack ($1,000 bond), and public intoxication ($50 bond). He is jailed in lieu of a $1,100 bond.
Intoxicated man jumps into stranger’s car downtown, gets tased twice — Baldemar Rivera
21-year-old Baldemar Rivera faces multiple charges after a wild scene in downtown Nashville late Friday night. Police initially responded to what they believed to be an attempted carjacking. The victims stated a young male jumped into the passenger side of her vehicle. Believing she was about to be carjacked, she fled the vehicle and took the keys with her. A male from the vehicle then tased the young man, identified as Rivera, to extract him from the vehicle. Rivera then came back toward the male in an aggressive manner and was tased a second time, causing him to flee the scene. He was spotted nearby and taken into custody. During the incident, a 3rd victim came forward stating Rivera had kicked a dent in his vehicle. Rivera was charged with public intoxication, vandalism, and assault. He is free on a $5,000 bond.
“I take crack, and I want crack, give me crack!”
Metro Police say 34-year-old Carmeka Worthington told them “I take crack, and I want crack, give me crack!”, while attempted to arrest her for disorderly conduct on Christmas day. She then spat on the windows, glass, and seats of the patrol car on the way to booking.
Maybe it’s a man, maybe it’s methamphetamine.
Metro Police have charged Wesley Odell with vandalism after he threw a chair through his South Nashville motel window, believing there was someone outside pointing a gun at him. He told officers he recently relapsed on methamphetamine and had been awake for two days.
DUI: Man overdoses in middle of traffic: “shooting up Roxy”
32-year-old Patrick Grimes was charged with DUI Monday night after he was found overdosed in a vehicle in the middle of two lanes of traffic. Nashville Fire used Narcan to reverse the effects of the drugs.
Man calls 911 to report imaginary intruders; Police find cocaine purification operation in home
Zachary Winton, 32, called 911 Friday afternoon to report intruders inside his Nashville home. Officers arrived and entered the home to apprehend the reported intruders, but they didn’t exist. They did find a cocaine purification operation, which Winton said he used to give out free cocaine at local Nashville bars.
Arrest: Nashville woman sold fiber powder & horse supplements as counterfeit drugs
Janie Covington told police she and her boyfriend packaged fiber powder, and a joint compound for horses, to look like narcotics and sold them around Nashville, telling people they were narcotic drugs.
