The investigation shows that the gunfire stemmed from a dispute Starnes and Ridley were having with 55-year-old Beverly Hicks’ nephew, 16-year-old Lazerick Lambert. The 2 are accused of opening fire on Hicks’ home. She later died from complications of being hit by the gunfire.
