Nashville Weedman shoots customer in face during argument over price/quality of product — Travar Yarber
27-year-old TravarYarber met Milan McDaniel at a Mapco in Madison to sell him some marijuana. When the two argued over the price for the quality and quantity presented, Yarber retrieved a gun to rob the man and shot him in the face, with the bullet lodging in his brain. The victim survived and is recovering well. A warrant was issued for Yarber’s arrest, and he was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail earlier this week. He is jailed in lieu of a $262,500 bond.
Nick La Mattina runs wife off road, breaks into home, tears down door, destroys bedroom
Nashville Jail Monday on outstanding warrants from an August incident in which he is alleged to have run his soon-to-be ex-wife off the road, followed her to her home where he doesn’t live, broke into the home, followed her up a set of stairs, tore down a door and threw it down the stairs, then destroyed the bedroom while the victim was locked in a nearby bathroom. His mother arrived at the home and scared him away from the premises, and warrants were issued for his arrest. He is free on an $18,000 bond.

25-year-old Rodesha Eady was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail Sunday on an outstanding warrant which details she admitted to egging and slashing three tires on a vehicle at the Amazon warehouse on Brick Church Pike in Nashville.
Man charged with public intoxication in bathroom of AJ’s Good Time Bar on Broadway — Stephan Hale
40-year-old Stephan Jesse Hale was found heavily intoxicated in the bar of AJ’s Good Time Bar on Broadway in downtown Nashville by security, who called MNPD. Hale refused to leave and became aggressive, making threats to security and officers. He was charged with public intoxication.
Man charged with threatening to stab people with a syringe at Broadway convenience store — Tyler Rasband
29-year-old Tyler Rasband was found at a Broadway convenience store in downtown Nashville wielding a syringe, threatening to stab people with it. An employee of the location attempted to get him to put the syringe away and leave the property, but police eventually had to be called to take him into custody. He is charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, and jailed in lieu of a $10,000 bond.

36-year-old Anthony Archer was causing a disturbance at a West Nashville Walmart when of-duty DCSO/Nashville Sheriff Officer Robert Lillard Jr, who was working a secondary security job there, asked him to leave. He says Archer became aggressive and “balled up his fists”, and even spit on him, at which time Lillard says he pulled out his baton in self-defense and began striking him with it. Archer escaped the altercation and fled the store. He was found two days later, trespassing, and was arrested on the outstanding warrant. He remains jailed on a $3,100 bond.

27-year-old Andrew Washington called Metro Nashville police at 3 a.m. Wednesday to tell them he had busted out the windows of his girlfriend’s apartment and destroyed the living room after she left the scene after an argument. Police documented 3 glass exterior windows, a glass top table, and a large flat-screen television, were all “completely destroyed”
Patient charged after spitting on Vanderbilt Nurse; throwing coffee — Jimmy White Jr.
20-year-old Jimmy White, Jr. is charged with assault after he was being restrained and spit on a Registered Nurse in charge of his care at Vanderbilt Hospital. Earlier in the day he also threw a cup of coffee at the nurse. Bond was set at $250.
Domestic Assault: woman charged after throwing green tea on mother — Wallisha Hickman
26-year-old Wallisha K. Hickman is charged with domestic assault after throwing a plastic bottle of Green Tea at her mothing, causing the tea to get on her face and shirt. Night Court Commissioner Timothy Lee set her bond at $100. Wallisha has not yet posted bond, despite her domestic violence hold expiring around 2 a.m. Tuesday morning.

25-year-old Morgan Mejia (Heath) is charged with violating an active order of protection when she showed up at the home of the person with an order of protection against her. She is jailed on a $1,500 bond.

MNPD arrests woman in mental health crisis, but not husband who beat & bruised her with a belt
Metro Nashville Police Tuesday arrested a 59-year-old woman having a mental health crisis, but not her husband who admitted to knocking her over, taking his belt off and lashing her multiple times, and leaving her face severely bruised from assaulting her. Police say the man had no injuries from her alleged attacks, while she suffered severe bruising from her husband’s attack. They took the woman into custody, charging her with domestic assault.

Metro Nashville Police located 24-year-old Ladarius Tyree Stevenson in his orange Ford Mustang (with ‘Transformer’ and ‘UT’ logos) on Gallatin Pike after a ‘shots fired’ call from the neighborhood described the unique car as having fired shots into the air. Between the vehicle and his fanny pack, police seized 309 Xanax bars, bags of crushed powder Xanax, 22.8 grams of heroin, and two loaded firearms.

Man on probation for shooting another man’s penis is now charged with assault of his girlfriend & mother
20-year-old Daniel Crowder, who once shot off the tip of another man’s penis during an argument, is now charged with two counts of aggravated assault after reportedly smashing a candle over his girlfriend’s head when she woke him up to confront him about texts to other women she viewed on his phone. He is also accused of assaulting his mother when he noticed she was on the phone with police.
