He was reportedly screaming “let me the F— over” during the interaction. Lanier is free on a $7,500 cash bond.

Man blows triple BAC limit on breathalyzer during DUI arrest in East Nashville — Conner Brown
25-year-old Conner Brown blew a 0.244% BAC on a breathalyzer early Tuesday morning, which is three times the legal limit in Tennessee. Police encountered Brown after he missed the turn into his East Nashville apartment complex and got his vehicle stuck on the side of the road, perpendicular to the lanes of travel. Brown admitted to drinking before driving, performed poorly on field sobriety tests, and agreed to the breathalyzer. Brown is charged with DUI and is free on pre-trial release.
Restaurant owner Thomas Courtney sentenced to 1 year in jail on DUI 3rd charge, loses license for 6 years
Mt. Juliet Business owner Thomas Courtney was sentenced on Monday to an 11 months and 29 days jail sentence in his DUI 3rd case in Davidson County. He was already in custody for his trial after a Nashville judge revoked his bond for multiple probation violations and repeated arrests in Wilson county, who continued to ROR him back into society to continue to commit crimes without penalty. As a part of his Nashville sentence, he will be required to participate in and complete the New Avenue alcohol treatment program within the Davidson County Detention Center. After applying the automatic percentage of sentencing and time already served, Courtney is scheduled for release on July 26th of 2022, at which time he will still have trials and sentencing in Wilson County for cases including a probation violation (x3), domestic assault, and driving on a revoked license (x2). As part of his Davidson County sentence, Courtney will lose his driver’s license for six years. Judge Higgins set a special condition to Courtney’s sentence, which prevents him from petitioning the court for an early release, for any reason, other than the stand time calculations given to every inmate at the facility.
War of Ages drummer Kaleb Luebchow charged with DUI after East Nashville crash | “soaking wet” pants, per police
27-year-old War of Ages drummer, Kaleb Luebchow, told police “…yea, I did not eat any food earlier, and drank heavy beers at the bar, and should not have driven” after they found him in “soaking wet” pants after a crash in East Nashville where he attempted to flee the scene. Luebchow performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was transported to Metro General for a blood draw before being booked into the Metro Nashville Jail, charged with DUI. Ohio Tourist flashes other guests inside downtown hotel elevator — Michael Davidson
45-year-old Michael Davidson, who is visiting from Mason, OH, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail early Wednesday after he was found riding the elevator at the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Nashville Downtown/The Gulch while exposing his genitals to other guests and employees for the purpose of sexual gratification, according to police. Davidson is charged with indecent exposure and public intoxication and is free on pre-trial release.

Less than a month after his 21st birthday, Alexander Hargis faces a DUI charge after officers stopped him for an issue with his front headlight. Upon approaching the vehicle, empty cans of White Claw and an open bottle of Jim Beam were immediately noticed. Hargis agreed to a breathalyzer and blew a 0.22 BAC. He is free on pre-trial release.
Nashville lawyer Rachel E. Taylor charged with DUI after I-40 crash, blows 0.151 BAC
32-year-old Nashville corporate healthcare attorney Rachel E. Taylor blew nearly double the legal limit, a 0.151 BAC, after a crash on I-40 late Wednesday night. She reportedly told officers she was attempting to follow the directions from her GPS when a vehicle cut her off and she over-corrected, causing her to lose control and crash into a guard rail. Former MNPD Cop, now Florida Man, charged after smashing adult daughter’s phone, twice — Ryan Sledge
49-year-old Ryan Sledge, a former MNPD Officer who now lives in Florida, found himself in a Nashville Jail Tuesday morning after what was described as a “domestic disturbance” at Jonathan’s Grille which began late Monday night. Witnesses report observing Sledge smash his daughter’s phone on the ground twice after an altercation. Sledge admitted the phone was initially in his daughter’s hand, and he pushed the phone, but would not elaborate more than that. 21-year-old Tavis Cobb was leaning against a car in the Commerce St garage downtown Sunday night, believing it was his friend’s vehicle. When someone came up to the car and unlocked it, Tavis climbed inside, too intoxicated to realize it was neither his friend, nor his friend’s vehicle. He was unable to call anyone, he didn’t have a phone with him, and only knew he was “in Nashville”. Cobb was charged with public intoxication and taken to booking for the night.
Man chases neighbor with traffic cone, throws game controller at cop — Kevin Sullivan
MNPD Officer Gregory Scott charged 30-year-old Kevin Sullivan with assault of an officer when he says Sullivan threw a video game controller at him during a mental health crisis, and while it did not hit him, he states he was “in fear of being hurt by the object”. Sullivan was also charged with vandalism after breaking a neighbor’s windshield with a piece of furniture, and another assault charge when he threatened to shoot the same neighbor, who says he was in fear he would follow through with the threat. Sullivan remains jailed in lieu of a $2,500 bond.

33-year-old hotel front desk clerk George Theoharide used a ruse to get a guest who was celebrating her 18th birthday alone in a room on the 3rd floor of the GLO Best Western Hotel in Nashville. While holding the door where she could not leave the room, he reportedly asked if she was really 18, and offered to give her the room for free if she just “laid down on the bed” and was “mature about it”. 27-year-old Connor House is free on a $30,000 bond, charged with the felony aggravated assault with a deadly weapon of two bouncers at Rebar Midtown. Shane Jenkins and Noah Cahours say House threw and shattered a beer bottle, causing them both to sustain visible injuries. They detained him after a brief chase, until police arrived.
At the time of this arrest, Connor House was free on a $15,000 bond from A Around the Clock Bonding after causing $17,000 of damage to his parent’s home when they locked him out. At the time of that arrest, he was also free on another $17,000 bond with the same company, after two domestic assaults on his girlfriend.

Metro Nashville Police say 34-year-old Francis Castellucci had been drinking at the Lipstick Lounge in East Nashville and became angry with other patrons who were leaving and began to harass and threaten them. Due to his high level of intoxication, he was taken into custody and transported to booking.
Woman determined to be too drunk for Broadway, charged with public intoxication — Brittany Hokans
Metro Police say 32-year-old Brittany Hokans was found in downtown Nashville too intoxicated to walk or care for herself in any way in the early hours of Saturday morning. She refused all attempts for assistance and refused to be transported for medical treatment, so was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail, charged with public intoxication.
Antioch man covers wife with apple smoothie during 7AM argument — Zachary Glover arrested
38-year-old Zac Glover is charged with domestic assault after admitting to pushing an apple smoothie into the face of his wife during an argument Monday morning. She threw the cup back at him, but not before the smoothie mixture had covered her face, body, floor, and walls. Glover is free on a $1,000 cash bond.
Brawling Bros arrested after Broadway tussle — Travis Santos & Di’on King
20-year-old Di’on Lovell King of Nashville, and 32-year-old Travis Chas Santos, of Oakley, California, brawled on Broadway in September. Both parties were arrested by Metro Nashville Police. While it was unsure who started the initial argument, King claims Santos “walked up on him”. Officers had to pull Santos off of King. Both were charged with disorderly conduct. Neither party sought assault charges on the other.

Metro Police say 28-year-old Brianna Luster was once in a relationship with Orlexus Elliott. That ended, and now Orlexus is dating Brianna’s ex-husband, and that’s caused issues in Cashville. Court records show Brianna found Orlexus parked outside her house Sunday morning and beat her with a large stick, which police classified as a ‘deadly weapon’. Brianna was booked into jail Tuesday and is free on a $2,500 bond.
Man high and “in his own reality” charged with public intoxication in downtown Nashville — Adam Green
Police found 40-year-old Adam Green “laying on the ground rolling around and punching the air” while investigating a report of someone exposing themselves to people downtown. He explained he had been “practicing martial arts and fell over” onto the ground. When asked if he had been exposing himself, he explained that he wasn’t all there and did not mean to do so, adding that he was high on marijuana, and police note he “seemed to be in his own reality”. He was charged with public intoxication and transported to jail.
Parent charged after threatening to “shoot up” Wright Middle School in Nashville — Osama Awali
51-year-old Osama Awali is jailed in lieu of a $75,000 bond after threatening to “shoot up” Wright Middle School in Nashville. Upset that the school denied his request to transfer his daughter from the school, he called the MNPS customer service line on Monday and stated that he would show up Tuesday and “punch the principal”, Sharada Deaton, and continued that he “may as well shoot up the place”. He was taken into custody Tuesday as he arrived in the student drop-off lane. Awali is charged with Communicating a threat against a school employee, a misdemeanor.
DUI: Woman found pantless & passed out behind wheel of her car at Green Hills bar — Madeline Beck
#GreenHills: 24-year-old Maddie Beck was found pantsless and unconscious, locked inside her car with the keys in the ignition, in the parking lot of Joe’s Place bar at 2 a.m. Monday morning. Once awakened, she was reportedly belligerent to officers and medics, and only admitted to drinking a single beer before demanding her lawyer. Her bartender, Brianna Scott, told police she drank two beers and two shots. She is free on pre-trial release.
Another football fan arrested for being too intoxicated at Titans’ game – Taylor Denney
MNPD Officer Megan Arnett made a second arrest of an intoxicated person at the Titans’ game Sunday… 31-year-old Taylor Denney was reportedly causing a scene inside the stadium, having trouble standing on his own, and refused to leave on his own, so she took him into custody and charged him with #PublicIntoxication. Denney was also flagged to serve the full eight-hour hold before being released.

52-year-old Jonathan Murphy is charged with domestic assault after police say he pushed a prostitute, who had been living with him for approximately one week, out of his residence when she declined to have a threesome with him and another prostitute. He reportedly tossed all of her clothes outside and pushed her to the ground “with purpose”, resulting in minor injuries.
