21-year-old Jacob Baker is charged with possession of a weapon while under the influence. Police were responding to a separate incident at Luke Bryan’s 32 Bridge Bar at 301 Broadway Sunday night when they observed Baker laying down inside the doorway to the bar with a handgun clearly visible sticking out from his waistband.
Officers asked if he was OK, and Baker replied “No, I’m drunk!”. Police took him into custody and he was transported to booking. He is now free on pre-trial release.
28-year-old Clinton Waschow, Operations Manager for Jason Aldean’s Bar in downtown Nashville, told police he had “two drinks” at Aldean’s before they found him drunkenly driving past officers who were blocking a bridge for roadwork. Officers noted: “his pants were unzipped at the time of this arrest”.
35-year-old Jarod Stressel was charged with DUI after police observed him swerving on Lebanon Pike without headlights after 2 a.m. on December 6th. When asked his impairment on a scale of 1-10, Stressel declared he was a ’10’, and blew a .20 BAC.
24-year-old Kaitlyn Harville was charged with DUI just after 3 a.m. Thursday morning. She first told officers she had ‘not that much’ to drink, then changed her answer to ‘nothing’ to drink. She blew a .184 on the breathalyzer, over twice the legal limit in Tennessee.
