Sean Stein refuses to exit plane when denied travel due to his extreme 4 p.m. drunkenness

35-year-old Sean Stein and a female were both denied boarding at the Nashville International Airport Monday afternoon due to their extreme level of intoxication at 4:25 p.m. Stein became aggressive with the flight crew when they advised he needed to exit the aircraft. He then became irate with officers who came to assist him off the aircraft.

He continued to refuse and was handcuffed while pulling away, resisting arrest.

Tourist Bridgette Garcia attempt to get on stage at Ryman, slips handcuffs

Police say 38-year-old Bridgette Garcia, from Maryland, attempted to get on stage at the Ryman Auditorium Friday night and refused to leave when approached by security and police officers. After being asked to leave multiple times and informed she was no longer welcome at the venue, she was informed she was under arrest for criminal trespass. She began to scream and cause a scene and slipped out of her handcuffs. She continued to curse at officers as they placed her in a transport car and kicked the rear window until she was placed in hobble restraints. She tried to bite an officer, without success.

Michael Ozzy charged with resisting arrest after being bounced from Predators Game at Bridgestone Arena

24-year-old Michael Ozzy was recording a hockey game at Bridgestone Area when he was asked to stop the activity. He reportedly continued as was eventually asked to leave the game due to not following the house rules. He left to appease security, then returned right back to the property. When officers explained he was under arrest for criminal trespass he fled. He was apprehended after a short foot pursuit, near 7th Ave & Broadway. Police say he pulled away and resisted arrest.

Aisha Williams rolled up her sleeves, chest bumped an officer & said “I am about that honey, believe me!”

Police say 36-year-old Aisha Williams was trespassing at a retirement community in Madison on Friday and when she refused to leave they attempted to place her under arrest as she was recording them. They claim she “chest bumped” an officer, rolled up her sleeves, assumed an aggressive fighting stance, and stated: “I am about that honey, believe me, I am about that!!” She continued to aggress toward officers and pull her hands away from being cuffed until she was tased into compliance.

Police take gun from teenager near airport hotel — Mohamed Kulolu Mohamed

Poice noticed 18-year-old Mohamed Kulolu Mohamed “aimlessly wandering” the area of 2300 Elm Hill Pike, The Residence Inn, on Sunday and approached him. He stated he was just waiting on a friend. Police observed an obvious imprint of a handgun in his hoodie and asked him what was in the pocket, to which Mohamed replied “what do you think?”, causing officers to immediately grab and retrieve the gun from the teen. A records check revealed the gun was reported as stolen, and marijuana was found on Mohamed during a search.

Bishop Ware charged with criminal trespass and resisting arrest after being uncooperative with medics

Metro Nashville Police responded to a call to assist Nashville Fire medics with a patient Thursday and located 22-year-old Bishop Ware, who NFD says was being generally uncooperative. He was pacing around the parking lot and refused to speak to officers. While attempting to determine what they could do to assist, the property manager of the location notified police that Ware had been asked to leave multiple times and he continued to refuse to leave. With no apparent medical necessity, and refusal to leave the property when asked, he was transported to booking and charged with criminal trespass and resisting arrest as he attempted to pull away from officers when being cuffed.

31-year-old Devordrick Prewitt was standing outside his vehicle in the drive-thru lane of a Mcdonald’s when police arrived Sunday. He was yelling at an employee through the window and banging on the glass. He refused to leave and spit on the window in anger. He refused to stop or leave the property and was taken into custody by police.

Birthday boy calls police on his girlfriend when he is “unable to handle” her — Jada Smith arrested

Steven Gates told police he had his girlfriend, 22-year-old Jada Smith, to his home Tuesday night for his “birthday celebrations”. He says Jada became “belligerently drunk” and began to argue, and he felt he was “unable to handle” the situation and called police for assistance and asked them to remove Jada from his home. Officers offered Jada a ride home multiple times or to even arrange a ride for her if she was uncomfortable riding with the police. She refused all offers of assistance, refused to leave, and eventually had to be separated from Mr. Gates as she was coming at him. As officers decided to place her into custody for trespass she fought them and tried kicking officers in the face. She refused to walk to the patrol car and had t be essentially carried, and then placed inside as she refused to get in the car.

New York man kicked out of The Capitol Hotel in downtown Nashville — Jaime Idrovo

Metro Police responded to the Capitol Hotel in downtown Nashville early Monday morning after 31-year-old Jaime Idrovo was in some sort of disturbance with another guest. Due to all of the commotion in the middle of the night, hotel management asked Idrovo to leave the hotel, but he refused, stating he was going back to sleep. After management asked him a second time, with police present, and he still refused, he was charged with criminal trespass and disorderly conduct, and transported to booking.

Police say 29-year-old Rebecca Wetherbee was being discharged from St. Thomas Midtown early Saturday after a brief visit and was causing a disturbance, refusing to leave. Officer offered to assist in getting her home, but she refused to tell them where she lived, and told them to”go f–k yourself”. Police determined she was still extremely intoxicated and since she refused to leave the property, she was taken into custody for criminal trespass. Wetherbee, however, wasn’t done. 25-year-old Tanner Sawyer self-booked on his citation charges this week, stemming from his trek across the field of Nissan Stadium during the Titans game on January 2nd against Miami. Sawyer was cited for criminal trespass and disorderly conduct after says he leaped onto the field and ran across it after several other fans in his section “dared him” to do it. Police declared it was a “great annoyance to spectators”.

47-year-old Rob Winfrey, from Kansas, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on Wednesday after police say he was extremely intoxicated when entering the Gaylord Opryland Hotel, and repeatedly attempted to fight security staff when they asked him to leave.

32-year-old Terri Barnett, who is the sister of NFL defensive ended Derek Barnett of the Philadelphia Eagles, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on Christmas Eve after Metro Nashville Police found her “in a general state of confusion” and reeking of alcohol as they were responding to a call for service at the Days Inn on Percy Priest Drive.

Police say they asked her to leave on her own, as did the motel staff, but she refused and was extremely aggressive to officers. She had no registered room and was unable to care for herself. She was transported to booking and charged with public intoxication and criminal trespass. She is free on pre-trial release.

Blake Taylor booked on 2-year-old outstanding trespass warrant from Kid Rock’s bar

24-year-old Blake Taylor was booked this week on an outstanding citation charging him with criminal trespass a Kid Rock’s bar in downtown Nashville after he was kicked out not once, not twice, but three times in the same night in 2019, and continued to return despite being told he was no longer welcome at the venue. Officers issued him a state citation for which he was originally scheduled to appear in April of 2019 but failed to do so. Taylor was booked into the Metro Nashville jail on the outstanding warrant on December 8th and was released on his own recognizance.

23-year-old Mark Alan Richardson, from Texas, was found yelling and screaming from inside a locked & gated courtyard area of the Nashville Symphony in downtown Nashville. He apparently was unable to get out of the area, and venue security told police they believe he had to scale the eight-foot-tall gates to get stuck inside. Man pretends to be staff at Kid Rock’s Bar, takes money, uses it to buy his own drinks — Robert Lee Hurd

52-year-old Robert Lee Hurd was denied entry into Kid Rock’s Bar in downtown Nashville, so he snuck through a window and milled about inside where he pretended to be an employee of the bar. Hurd took money from patrons under the guise of getting them drinks, however, he used it to buy himself drinks… $83.84 worth, to be exact – so approximately 4 drinks. He is charged with criminal trespass and theft, and is free on a $1,000 bond.
