The officer was decommissioned, OPA got involved & the complainant suddenly withdrew the complaint, OPA cleared the officer, returning her to duty, the Officer sued the citizen for $5K, profited a lot more than she would have made working, and the MNPD is still refusing to honor any records requests about the incident.
