Wild Beaver leads to fight between Jordan Votruba & wife

34-year-old Jordan Michael Votruba was with his wife, Ashley Votruba, at the Wild Beave in downtown Nashville when the couple was kicked out of the bar due to a disturbance. As they were walking back to the Courtyard by Marriott hotel, his wife walked ahead of him to show her frustration with him. She was far enough ahead that a group of men asked if she was lost, and as Jordan caught up, he heard their conversation and pushed her, causing officers to be flagged down, and everyone went about their night. After arriving at their hotel, the argument re-ignited. Jordan reportedly grabbed the back of his wife’s neck, slamming her into the counter, leaving a bruise on her chin, which was documented by officers. Against his will, Vortruba was taken into custody and charged with domestic assault.

Cheer Coach Greg Shannon charged with late-night DUI in downtown Nashville

Police say 41-year-old Cheer Coach Gregory Shannon blew through a stop sign at 4th & Harrison in downtown Nashville late Friday night. Officers conducted a traffic stop and report that Shannon smelled of alcohol. Shannon claimed the officer was just smelling a Halls cough drop, and not alcohol, because he hadn’t consumed any. He performed poorly on field sobriety tests, and during them, one of his female friends approached the scene. When questioned, the woman stated that Shannon had indeed been drinking. He then admitted to drinking “a beer” before driving. Shannon was transported to booking and charged with DUI.

Bounced from Redneck Riviera, Jason Arwood climbs onto ‘Hell on Wheels’ military party bus

43-year-old Jason Arwood was being kicked out of Redneck Riviera on Broadway just after 7:30 p.m. Saturday in downtown Nashville. Officers were patrolling the area when they observed him just outside the bar, where he picked up food and began to throw it around as various things. Still in a rage, Arwood then ran up to the “Hell on Wheels” military party bus, climbing onto the side of it. Officers took control of the man and took him into custody for public intoxication.

Eric Watkins deemed too drunk for downtown Nashville

Metro Nashville Police say 45-year-old Eric Alan Watkins was drunkenly walking in front of Tequila Cowboy on Broadway in downtown Nashville when he fell over, grabbing onto a podium and taking it down with him. Officers approached Watkins, who reeked of alcohol, and noted his level of intoxication and that his pants were unzipped. Watkins was transported to booking and charged with public intoxication.

A Nashville couple started their Saturday evening partying in downtown Nashville together but woke up in separate jail cells Sunday morning. Witnesses reported Nashville Christian School teacher Leah Riek repeatedly slapped her boyfriend, John Ladd, in the face and police found them heavily intoxicated and lying in a parking lot, too drunk to stand at 6:38 p.m.

30-year-old Real World Atlanta star Clint Wright was charged with domestic assault and 23-year-old spaghetti heiress Annaleah Figaretti was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon after Figaretti pulled a pistol, chambered a round, and pointed it at Wright telling him “get these hoes out of here” about girls he had at the apartment she subleased to him. He and the girls showed up at her apartment and attacked her where Wright caused bodily harm to Figaretti.
