34-year-old Michelle Tomas was charged with aggravated assault of an officer, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest after she danced naked on top of a stranger’s car and refused to get down when asked by police. While she was in the back of the police vehicle, she kicked out a window, tried to run, then bit an officer.

Marcelo Mendoza WANTED for assault of MNPD Officer Autumn Manning
The attacker has been identified as Marcelo Mendoza, 34, of Townes Court. Officers continue to search for him. Arrest warrants have been issued charging Mendoza with aggravated assault, assault on a police officer, resisting arrest and evading arrest.
