Lemarcus Walker, 32, is the latest ATV driver charged from last weekend’s takeover of Nashville’s streets. Walker is charged with reckless driving, and leaving the scene of an accident with an injury. He is free on pre-trial release.

Walter Moss charged as ATV driver who assaulted Officer Borque in downtown Nashville
Walton (Walter) E. Moss II, 30, has been arrested by the U.S. Marshal’s Fugitive Task Force in Springfield, TN, and will be charged with Saturday’s ATV assault on Sgt. John Bourque on Broadway. 6 warrants, 3 felonies & 3 misdemeanors, have been issued against Moss.
Police arrest biker who struck police van downtown: Quintin Whitman
Quintin Whitman, 32, was arrested for his role in the massive ATV, quad, and motorbike takeover of Nashville this weekend. Metro Police say he struck a police van while driving the wrong way on Broadway, on Saturday. He had amphetamine pills and marijuana on him at the time of his arrest.
