Brian Rodriguez causes ruckus & chest bumps bouncer at Nudie’s Honky Tonk #CMAFest

34-year-old Brian Rodriguez was a CMA Fest on Saturday and while at Nudie’s Honky Tonk he reportedly got into a fight and then “chest-bumped” a security guard and got in his face when he was asked to leave. Metro Nashville Police Officers arrived to assist and as they were placing him into custody, Rodriguez began to pull away and it took multiple officers to gain control of him. Police say he was heavily intoxicated and was unsafe to be left unattended.

Joshua Mier charged with public intoxication at Kid Rock’s Bar in downtown Nashville

Metro Nashville Police were dispatched to Kid Rock’s Bar on Broadway in downtown Nashville Sunday afternoon, and while they were taking another individual from another incident into custody, 45-year-old Joshua Lee Mier grabbed Officer Randall and began to interfere with the arrest. Determined to interject himself into the situation, Mier was also taken into custody due to his extreme level of intoxication and inability to care for himself in public.

Jennifer Wall removes roommate’s security camera & smashes it with an axe #Arrested

30-year-old Jennifer Wall is charged with vandalism after police responded to the Wales Ct. home she and a roommate share. The roommate, Luigi Bellavita, contacted police when he returned home from the store to find the security camera from the living room had been removed and destroyed, with part of the outer shell casing located in the backyard. Officers asked Wall what happened to the camera, and she stated she felt the camera was an invasion of her privacy so she removed it and smashed it with an axe. She was transported to jail and charged with vandalism.

Dhasia Holliday slaps girlfriend, who tossed her phone charger from moving vehicle

21-year-old Dhasia Holliday had picked up her girlfriend, Sinqueta Davis, after her vehicle broke down, and the two began arguing while in the vehicle. At some point, the argument escalated when Dhasia, who was driving, struck her partner in the face. Dhasia then noticed an officer on the side of the road conducting a traffic stop and pulled in behind the officer and parked. Dhasia told police that Sinqueta threw her phone charger out of the window, which is why she slapped her in the face.

Jaylon Battle charged with domestic assault after attack on his father

Police encountered 19-year-old Jaylon Battle walking in the roadway of Dicerkson Pike near I-65, and he stated he was walking home from the hospital, as he was transported there earlier in the evening for a suspected episode of “excited delirium” and was now discharged. The officer gave him a ride back to his father’s residence, where he lives after he assured him there would be no issues with returning home. He immediately began aggressively pounding on the door and charged his father when the door opened, making threats to kill him. The officer was able to detain Jaylon and took him into custody for domestic assault.

Denise Carmona charged after breaking glass out of back door of ex-boyfriend’s home

Jonathon Allen says his ex-girlfriend, 31-year-old Denise Carmona, came to his Lebanon Pike residence on June 9th and knocked on the door until his roommate, Harley Parker, answered. She was verbally aggressive with Harley so he called the door and contacted the police when she wouldn’t leave. As he was on the phone with 911, Carmona reportedly went to the back of the home and began to beat on the glass of the back door until it shattered, causing approximately $500 in damages. She was still at the property when officers arrived and they took her into custody for the vandalism and transported her to Metro General Hospital for treatment of her injured hands from the glass shards prior to booking her into jail.

Nicholas Conrad walks away from DUI crash, asks officers if he can just “sleep it off?”

29-year-old Nicholas Conrad crashed his vehicle on Ellington Parkway early Wednesday morning and then began walking down the roadway away from the scene. Officers located him as they were responding to the call, near Broadmoor Drive & Ellington Parkway. He reportedly reeked of alcohol and was very unsteady on his feed. In his possession, while walking, were not only the keys to his Nissan Versa, but he also brought the owner’s manual along for the walk. Though Conrad refused all field sobriety testing, he admitted he “made a mistake” and asked officers if he could just “sleep it off?”

Unhoused man assaults Downtown Partnership employee on 4th Ave — Dustin Tomasso

An ambassador with the Nashville Downtown Partnership was checking on the well-being of 38-year-old Dustin Tomasso, who was on a sidewalk in downtown Nashville. Tomasso, who is unhoused, became hostile during the interaction and made aggressive motions toward the downtown employee, Michael Dean Henderson, and was spitting on him. As officers noticed the incident unfolding nearby, they began to approach and witnessed Tomasso chest bump Henderson and begin to assault him, including punching him in the head. Nearby citizens took Tomasso to the ground as officers approached.

Woman climbs fire escape to access closed rooftop with backpack amid CMA Fest in downtown Nashville —Joan Lamb

39-year-old Joan Lamb was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail late Friday night after she climbed to the top of a building that is closed to the public at 201 Broadway in downtown Nashville. Fire and police were dispatched to the scene after CMA Fest attendees noticed she had made her way onto the roof, onto which she threw a backpack after she used the fire escape ladder to make her way to the top of the building. MNPD’s Special Response Team was dispatched, and Nashville Fire eventually had to use a ladder truck in the middle of downtown to get the SRT officers onto the roof to take her into custody and recover the backpack, which was cleared.

Tourist Christie Coulter arrested after going wild at the Mellow Mushroom

Metro Nashville Police officers working the Entertainment District Initiative in downtown Nashville for CMA Fest were flagged down by security outside of 429 Broadway, where they observed 27-year-old Christie Coulter, from Massachusetts, who was hitting and pushing people on her way out of the Mellow Mushroom. Sergeant Carlow Urrutia attempted to make contact and detain Coulter by grabbing her wrist, however, she became irate and resisted, causing him to take her to the ground. She was placed in a patrol car, despite attempts to pull away from officers, and then screamed and kicked the partition inside the cruiser. Once at booking, she continues screaming and causing a disturbance.

Musician Hannah Fairlight arrested after playing drunken bumper cars with her children in the vehicle

Nashville Police say 36-year-old Nashville musician Hannah Fairlight Schleuder had dinner and drinks at an East Nashville restaurant Wednesday evening with her two children, and when finished she placed them in the minivan with her and proceeded to play what can only be described as a game of drunken bumper cars in the parking lot of the location at 3917 Gallatin Pike. Officers arrived to find the front bumper of her own vehicle ripped off and lying on the payment. Hannah Fairlight had hit multiple vehicles in the parking lot, including the vehicle of one man who took the keys from her and brought them to the restaurant manager, reporting she was drunk driving in the parking lot with her two children in the vehicle.

Hannah was so intoxicated she was unable to properly provide police with the names and birthdays of her two children in the vehicle with her, ages 2 and 6. She claimed one of her children was born in the year 2025. She was charged with DUI 2nd (she has a prior Williamson County conviction from 2019), and two counts of felony child endangerment. She is free on a $32,000 bond.

Tourist Chad Muus charged with assault of his wife after CMA Fest concert at Nissan Stadium

As the opening night of CMA Fest 2022 ended at Nissan Stadium overnight, Metro Nashville Police responded to the parking lot of the stadium just after 3 a.m. Friday after venue security observed an assault. 45-year-old Chad Muus reportedly threw his wife, Kaydi Muus, to the ground, causing her to strike her knees on the pavement, and leaving her with injuries. Police noted both parties appeared heavily intoxicated and determined Chad to be the primary aggressor.

Metro Nashville Police working Entertainment District for the CMA Fest crowd in downtown Nashville Thursday night observed 39-year-old Brandon Juhaish stumbling down the sidewalk near 5th & Broadway when he fell to the ground. He was assisted back to his feet by another citizen before falling back down and rolling around on the sidewalk. Juhaish then made his way back to his feet before running and diving into the bed of a marked MNPD pickup truck.

Colorado man arrested after interjecting himself into dispute at The Diner downtown — Kirk McCoy

Metro Nashville Police working CMA Fest in downtown Nashville Thursday night responded to a call about a man fighting with the manager at the 3rd Ave S. location. While working that call, they encountered the subject’s friend, 38-year-old Kirk Dean McCoy, who was holding on to his friend in order to stand upright and was highly intoxicated. When officers asked McCoy to step aside so they could continue their investigation, he physically got between the subject and officers to prevent them from continuing their investigation. After being asked to move along multiple times, he was placed into custody for public intoxication.

DUI Arrest: Julie Lamberth charged in Antioch

THP Trooper Christopher Langley was notified of a reckless vehicle traveling on Dana Way near Mount View Road late Wednesday evening. The vehicle was traveling into oncoming traffic and swerving all over the road. The driver of the vehicle was 57-year-old Julie Lamberth, who was on the curb in the center of the road when the officer made contact. Lamberth performed poorly on field sobriety tests and reeked of alcohol during the interaction.

Downtown Nashville Greenway Groper free after bond reduced from $10K to $2K— Darrell Dalton

42-year-old Darrell Dalton was released from jail Tuesday after posting a bond that was reduced from $10,000 to $2,000 by a Nashville judge. Court records show Dalton confessed to groping at least two women on the Rolling Mill Hill Greenway in downtown Nashville. Two separate women made complaints to MNPD about having their buttocks groped and smacked while using the greenway on May 27th. One complaint details he ran up behind the victim and “smacked her on the butt”. Dalton said in a statement to police that it “made him feel better” after smacking her buttocks.
