48-year-old Kristina Powley was found extremely intoxicated early Sunday morning as she lay on the ground by the Moxy Motel in downtown Nashville. Officers responded to check on her welfare and found she could not stand or walk without assistance. She refused medics who also responded to the scene and was then taken into custody for public intoxication.
Kristina Powley was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on February 5th, charged with public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set her bond at $100.
