22-year-old Preston Garner was fighting with another individual just before 3 a.m. at 1st & Broadway in downtown Nashville. Officers arrived at the fight-in-progress call and separated both parties. Garner was determined to be extremely intoxicated and unable to care for himself. He was transported to booking and charged with public intoxication.
Preston Chandler Garner was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on January 1st, charged with public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $100.
