William Dalton Allen was in downtown Nashville celebrating his 30th birthday last weekend when police found him passed out in the alley near 411 Broadway. He was reportedly too intoxicated to stand on his own two feet, so had to be escorted with assistance to a nearby patrol car, and transported to booking, where he was charged with public intoxication.
ARREST WARRANT / AFFIDAVIT: |
Police were called to the area of 411 Broadway on 08/29/2021 at approximately 0109 hours for a male, white passed out in the alley. Police arrived on scene and observed the defendant, Mr. Allen who smelled highly of alcohol was laying on the ground stating that he was too drunk to stand up on his own. Police assisted Mr. Allen to the police car and took him into custody for his own safety. |
