19-year-old Robert Lewis Bell, Jr., was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail this week on a Grand Jury indictment charging him with 3 counts of statutory rape of a 14-year-old victim.
Metro Police Officer Brian Zullo detailed to the Grand Jury that the incidents occurred between January and April of 2021. The victim was 14-years-old and will turn 15 in late July. Robert Bell, Jr., is 19 and will turn 20 in September. Bell was also charged earlier this year in a theft case from Dillards in Rivergate Mall, in which he admitted to stealing a Polo hoodie and hats. He is free on a $20,000 bond.
