27-year-old Montrerio Butler is charged with public indecency and criminal trespassing after exposing himself outside the windows of multiple Nashville businesses and pleasuring himself while waving at the women inside.
Metro Police say they were contacted by the owners of properties located at 617 Middleton Street and 632 Fogg Street about Montrerio Butler, who is consistently trespassing on the properties, despite clearly posted “No Trespassing” signs. He was reported to have, on multiple occasions, and multiple locations exposed himself, pulled out his penis, and masturbated outside the business while looking through the window and waving at the women inside with his free hand.
Metro Nashville Police interviewed Butler, who admitted to these incidents – some of which were recorded on video. Butler was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on March 29 at 3:53 p.m. on charges of indecent exposure and criminal trespass. He was freed on pre-trial release at 6:51 p.m. and is scheduled to appear in court in June.
