18-year-old Emma Smith-Park is charged with domestic assault after her father says she left him with a bloody nose and a ripped shirt when a 1 a.m. argument turned physical.
Anthony Park reports his 18-year-old daughter, Emma Smith-Parker, ripped the pocked off his shirt during an argument at 1 a.m. on March 3rd. He says a disagreement escalated and she grabbed the pocket of his shirt causing it to rip, and hit him in the nose, causing his left nostril to bleed. Police photographed his bloody nose and ripped shirt, and found his daughter to have the torn pocket piece in her possession.
Emma Smith-Park was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail 1t 3:04 a.m., charged with domestic assault. After the mandatory 12-hour hold she posted a $1,000 bond via Grumpy’s Bail Bonds. She is scheduled to appear in court in July.
