Woman arrested after boyfriend shows up at West Precinct to report she scratched him

21-year-old Savannah Greene is now charged with domestic assault her boyfriend, David Ambrose, came to West Precinct to report she had scratched his hand while snatching his phone from him.

On January 26th, David Ambrose came to the West Precinct of the Metro Nashville Police Department to make a complaint that his then-girlfriend, Savannah Greene, had assaulted him. According to the report, David and Savannah had been arguing when Savannah went to take his phone out of his hand, scratching him in the process. Officers questioned Savannah about the incident and she admitted to scratching him while snatching his phone.

Savannah Greene was arrested and charged with domestic assault. She was released on a $1,000 bond after being booked into the Metro Nashville Jail.

David Ambrose reportedly proposed to Savannah Greene in November with the letter below, posting their engagement announcement and ring on social media shortly after.
