Vehicle ‘full of smoke’ leads to trio charged with juvenile’s delinquency & felony marijuana possession

On February 8th, Dakarrie Adams, Mark Banks, and Joshua Foster were charged with unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, felony drug possession, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor, after Goodlettsville Police noticed a vehicle ‘full of smoke’ that was reportedly ‘suspicious’.

On February 8th, Officer Hallie Mooney was dispatched to 317 Long Hollow Pike in reference to a suspicious vehicle, which they noticed was filled with smoke when approaching it. Inside, officers identified Joshua Foster,19, Mark Banks,22, and Dakarrie Adams,19, along with a juvenile.

According to the affidavit, Officer Mooney searched the vehicle and found one baggy of marijuana located on the dashboard, a backpack belonging to Mr. Foster that included several Apple Watches with no receipts, and several small baggies with a bag sealer.

On February 8th, Dakarrie Adams,19, Mark Banks,22, and Joshua Foster,19, were charged with unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, felony drug possession, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. They were each freed on pre-trial release to their Michigan addresses.
