Loss prevention stated they saw Joshua and another individual concealing baby clothes and toys under their clothes. Due to a warrant in the state of Georgia, officers could not give him a state citation. When Joshua’s person was searched, officers located a glass crack pipe in the front pocket of his overalls, and another in a Newport cigarette box. Joshua was then taken into police custody.

Joshua Polk was arrested and charged with theft of merchandise and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. All charges have since been dropped.
