29-year-old Evan Napier was charged with burglary after he broke into a Dollar Tree after business hours and caused almost $1,000 worth of damage by destroying the bathroom.
On November 6th, security footage from the Dollar Tree on 405 West Trinity Lane recorded Evan Napier entering the store after business hours. The footage showed Napier stayed in the store until the next morning on the 7th.
Store personnel stated there was damage to the store restroom, which included a broken toilet, vanity, a hole in the wall, blood, and multiple paper product holders torn from the walls. Damages were estimated to range from $800 to $1,000.
On December 2nd, Evan Napier was arrested and charged with burglary. He was later released on a $3,500 bond.
